Can't thank Richard and his team enough for all of their help with some renovation work in my home recently, all went above and beyond to help me, very polite and were a delight to have in my home. Roll on next project you absolute legends!!

We had a fantastic service from Richard. He installed new lights in our dinning area to perfection. Nothing was too much to ask of Richard, including my husband's high standard of everything being straight and in the exact position he wanted it. Richard was friendly and professional going above and beyond even doing an extra task which was not part of our booking. His pricing was also very fair. We'll definitely use your services again. Five star service for sure.

Had Richard and his guys fit a socket and new light in our garage. Richard is professional and friendly and has good communication. His guys worked hard and their finish was high quality. They left everything neat and tidy and communicated well.

We’ve accidentally cracked our electric hob and Adam could have not been of more help and saved us pretty quickly! Prior to him coming round to install it, he helped me assess if the replacement I’ve picked will work, walking me carefully through the things he will need to successfully carry out the job. He was really helpful, considerate and so thorough at responding and keeping in touch. We were really pleased with his work and will definitely be contacting him in future if we require further electrical works done in our home!

I have used Goodwill for several jobs at my home. Paul and his co-worker always arrive on time do an excellent job, they explain exactly what they were doing and make you feel safe and confident. I found them to be professional knowledgeable and two really decent guys. I would not use any other Electricians.

I recently used Goodwill electrical for a rewire on a property I have bought, their service was professional and work spot on! Paul went out of his way to meet a change In plans and I highly recommend their services.

I asked Paul to check the wiring in my house after I was told by a different electrician that we would need a full rewire. Paul told us that we don’t need a rewire and that our electrics are absolutely fine. I’m so glad we checked with Paul as this would have been one very expensive mistake if not! He also didn’t charge us anything for the call out after seeing that nothing was wrong with the electrics. If we ever do have any problems we definitely know who to call now though. Dave was polite, professional and arrived on time. He understood our requirements and did the job to our satisfaction. We had a good chat in general as well. And in terms of cost, I found the charges reasonable and reflective of the works carried out. He will definitely be our Electric man to go for any further jobs.

A very professional/customised installation by MES. Right from the point of making the first contact, Craig & his team were very professional in all their dealings. The solar panel, along with the bird guard installation & all the wiring was done neatly. From the initial visit from Craig the owner filling me with confidence I have been really pleased. I'd carefully searched for a local company with a long background in solar, instead of all these pop ups providing nothing more than installation and folding up every couple of years. Craig filled my requirements perfectly as an electrician of many years who's moved into PV over a long period of time. His quote was also very competitive with plenty of help and advice sorting out exactly what I wanted. His team of two Ryans and Nigel arrived and set about a clean, tidy, and very fast installation. This impressed me greatly. As a project engineer good planning always leads to a quality approach to a job, and these guys were exactly what I like in a supplier. Less than two days and I've got exactly what I asked for, for less than these pop up companies, and great experience all round renewing my faith in solar PV after cancelling a few over the last 10 years due to fine print clauses and such. And Rachael back at base is quick to help on any questions, queries, or paperwork. Brilliant experience all round and thoroughly recommended. Many thanks indeed 4 month update and despite the weather it's all performing better than expected, and thanks to the advice for moving over to Octopus I'm seeing a great return on export too especially now I've got the night rate setup and charging every other day if the batteries look low in bad weather. Even so I'm using half the energy I did last year because the system is topping up during the day so if it's a bright day I'm getting charge and a poor day I just do a top up between 2am and 5am at the low night rate. Fantastic work. Polite and very professional. The team came prepared, diagnosed and fixed the issue with my EV Charger consumer unit in a quick and timely manner. They were able to accommodate me on short notice as well understanding my need to have the EV charger repaired as soon as possible. Recommend them highly.

Very good service provided. They carried out emergency remedial work required to obtain a positive EICR at a short notice, they are professional,though some care could be taken to leave the place tidy and dispose off the nuts, bolts, screws and fuse pieces for future etc however this is minimal. We had some issues with our lights, and needed some fixing as well as others installed. I was recommended by a friend to use Hands property and I'm really glad we did. Ben turned up on time, did excellent work, and cleaned up after he was finished. He was very knowledgeable and gave us some good ideas for other things we were looking to get done. I would use them again for any other electrical work and would recommend them to anyone. 5 star!
