We have used Fodens on a number of occasions over the years and they have always been very good. And they didn't charge for coming out for a problem they couldn't fix and just gave us advice. Reliable, honest and nice

When we moved into our house, we wanted assurance that the electrics were all sound. We were able to arrange a time for a member of the team to come and inspect the house to see if anything needed doing. It turns out that the electrics in the kitchen were unsafe so it was imperative that we got this sorted as soon as possible. A member of the team explained what needed doing and why; I found them to be very genuine and trustworthy – which is very important as I don’t know anything about electrics! As well as sorting out the electrics in the kitchen, we also asked Foden to install a waterproof case for an outdoor socket, replace the fuse board with one that met the latest regulatory standards, replaced the light in the bathroom and installed extra plug-sockets in the bedrooms. All of the work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard. Overall, Foden provided us with a first-class service and I would have absolutely no hesitation employing their services in the future.

We have used this company for the past five years for all the work on our buy to let properties, varying from a full re-wire to an extra socket. The electricians alerted us to a potential asbestos issue, for which we were very grateful. They are professional and safety conscious whilst still being friendly and helpful.

Recently came to diagnose an issue on a Dimplex Opti Myst fire that wasn't working . Both with the initial contact on the phone (Andrew ?) and subsequent visit by the engineer, i found them both to be polite, friendly, punctual, thorough and fixed my issue with minimal fuss. Highly recommended 👌

Great company to fit your EV charger at home. They come in and have a look at everything and let you decide which charger to fit. Then give you a quote and options so you can decide what you want to do. We had a problem during first week with charging and within few hours of raising this issue, it was fixed. Great service.

I've been looking for a reliable electrician for ages, and Andy came highly recommended by our painter and decorator. Andy is a true professional, very rare these days: he tells you what he's going to do and he turns up and does it when he says he will. Extremely impressed with RSS, I will definitely be using this company for any future electrical work required. We had a doorbell installed and 3 double sockets added into various rooms in the property. Really great communication from start to finish. Ross came around to do view the work required, was quick to come back with a quote and book us in. Ross and the team were helpful, prompt, polite and on time. We had some outdoor lighting replaced/added to. From the quote visit to completion everything was done professionally and with a reasonable price. We are really pleased with the security lighting, and the two electricians who did the work were really polite and hard working. Big fan of using local trade and found Nick Clarke Electrical via Google search of nearby electricians. Nick responded quickly to my query and was able to quote based on a few pictures I supplied. Quote was on par with others but really appreciated the additional info and advice he provided. Work was completed a few days later. They arrived when they said they would and I was really happy with the quality of work, tidiness and professionalism. Will definitely use them again.

We had various people round to quote for various works (chasing sockets / switches to walls and adding new sockets and lighting etc throughout the house) and we chose Nick as just felt right - his pricing seems very fair and competitive, very friendly and offered us great solutions and ideas we adopted. A relative was in need of an upgrade to their consumer unit and the installation of sockets. Nick arrived within the scheduled time and acted with the appropriate skill and care expected of the professional that he is. I have used Goodwill for several jobs at my home. Paul and his co-worker always arrive on time do an excellent job, they explain exactly what they were doing and make you feel safe and confident. I found them to be professional knowledgeable and two really decent guys. I would not use any other Electricians.

I asked Paul to check the wiring in my house after I was told by a different electrician that we would need a full rewire. Paul told us that we don’t need a rewire and that our electrics are absolutely fine. I’m so glad we checked with Paul as this would have been one very expensive mistake if not! He also didn’t charge us anything for the call out after seeing that nothing was wrong with the electrics. If we ever do have any problems we definitely know who to call now though.
