ONE VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER Mark and his partner installed.a new fuse board in my property yesterday. He has previously installed a new oven and hob for me, all this year. In all, I have to say that they were the most efficient workmen I have ever encountered. On each occasion they were prompt, very efficient, worked non stop (no keep stopping for a drink), the job was what they were here for, and completed without delay. My overall impression was that they were very friendly, polite and business like. Very clean workers and i was satisfied they were doing a good job. Everything about the new fuse board was explained and made clear that if there was a problem it would be sorted without delay. The cost of the installation for each job, i felt was very fair, it was a pleasure doing business with them. Obviously i would highly recommend M Walton Electrical without question. Mark and Paul are totally amazing. They have done a whole house rewire (plus lots of extras I came up with along the way!). They are professional, tidy, knowledgeable, punctual, friendly, helpful, use great quality products, superb value for money and just downright amazing at what they do. There was nothing they couldn’t do to help. I would recommend them 100% and am so grateful for the speedy job they have done for me. I am also thankful for the number of times they ‘popped’ back to help out and work around the other tradesmen on very short notice!

Very professional and polite. Both Josh and Sam turned up on time. Needed an inspection doing, Josh advised needed new fuse box and arranged a follow visit. Again, arrived on time, changed fuse box, carried out an electrical inspection of the property in a timely manner and explained the new fuse box and inspection all done. Also kept in regular contact and reliable, a rarity nowadays. Would recommend.

Outstanding job completed by Midland Electrics. Recently moved house and we were looking for a quick install for an EV charge point; having contacted prior to the move Ben talked us through our options, understanding our desire to move to Solar in the future and recommending some chargers that would future proof us for this. He then contacted us the day after our move and offered to take a look and discuss placement (including considering where any batteries would be placed in the future) and confirm the work. His flexibility to support us quickly was brilliant and he came back on a day that suited us to complete the work. He worked with us to keep the quote competitive (as a new fuse board was also required) and contacted us on the morning of the appointment to confirm arrival time. Ben was friendly and communicative through the whole process and kept the downtime for the electric to be off to a minimum as we were both working from home on the day of the install. The work carried out was completed to a great standard and completely tidy after completion; he then talked me through how to setup and use both the charger and its app and provided all the required documentation the same day. I will always utilise Midlands Electric moving forward due to their quick correspondence, quality of workmanship and competitive pricing.
