Service from LA Maintenance is brilliant, the outcome of the fascias, render, gutters and windows have come up lovely. With the guttering it was really useful to see the camera footage from before and after the clean. Communication has been great from the initial enquiry through to the finished product. Very friendly and professional. Would use LA Maintenance again and will be used for regular cleans moving forward. 100% recommend 👌

Our end of tenancy cleaning was done by Lubo and his team - professional and courteous, excellent cleaning work. I would let the pictures speak for themselves. To add, Lubo also helped us with minor wall repair and painting works which was excellent as well. Would definitely recommend his services!

Really great company - excellent communication via Fiona from initial enquiry through to day of booking. Had to rearrange initial booking due to extreme frozen weather but they came out anyway to double check and couldn't have been more apologetic (obviously not their fault at all). Cleaning was carried out of gutters, all windows and a lean-to conservatory which took some effort on the roof but Haydn was determined to get it as spotless as possible and the results are excellent - very happy and will be using them for regular cleans going forward! With 24hrs or requesting the service 2 very smart, very professional employees of the company turned up and steam cleaner both mattresses. We commissioned them after accepting their quote to do an initial clean at one of our estates. We were also satisfied with their insurance and indemnity coverage that we needed to have in place for prospective contractors. Glint Cleaning Solutions and their boss Jivan provide a level of commercial service that I believe is second to none. They don't talk, they get down to business which is what I was looking for.
