I can't fault Cramar Vets. I used them for my previous dog and they were superb - caring, kind and realistic. Lots cheaper than many vets and I love that they are affiliated with the cat sanctuary.

Cramar have been our vet for years and have always gone above and beyond. They've saved our cats life and shown kindness and empathy in situations where we haven't been able to help other pets.

We’ve been going to Cramar since 2016 when we adopted our beautiful cat “Patch” from a care home. Nearly a year ago, Patch was diagnosed with advanced hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, left sided congestive heart failure and high-risk for blood clot formation, which was diagnosed by Blaise Veterinary Referral Hospital. Therefore, Patch was placed on four different medications to help control his condition. For the majority of the last 12 months, Patch was doing really well, but unfortunately, over the last month, small signs of deterioration were starting to creep in. Sadly, on Tuesday, we had to make the very difficult decision to put Patch to sleep despite 4 hours in an oxygen tent and other medical intervention. The vet, nurses and receptionist were extremely compassionate and respectful to us on the day. We were given all the options available and reassured that it was the best decision for Patch’s welfare. We requested a piece of fur and were also given Patch’s paw prints. We also received a lovely sympathy card today, which is very thoughtful of them. Thanks again for everything you did for Patch. Can’t recommend this vets enough. I had an appointment tonight for my dog but unfortunately due to him being unwell had to cancel 45 minutes before hand and the staff were so lovely about it. Rescheduled there and then and managed to work with me to sort the time around my working hours. Nothing is ever too much for Pool House Vets. All of the vets and reception staff are lovely especially Amy! Always so helpful, kind, caring and understanding, nothing is ever too much for them! They’re so passionate about their job and it really shows :) In these very uncertain times they have the best procedure in place and I would happily leave my dog with anyone here and I know he will be safe and looked after. Well done guys and thank for everything!

Very friendly welcoming practice and everything explained clearly as to what they have to offer. No problem with getting quick and convenient appointments when required. Been using this vets since I had ny kitten just over a year ago. I would definitely recommend them.

This is by far the best vets we have used. Our previous vets don’t match up to the standard and care you get from mere green pool house vets practices. From the team on reception to the vets themselves are all professional and welcoming. We know Our 3 kittens are in good hands when they visit.

So happy I chose this vets for my two cats. I think they're handling the whole covid situation brilliantly. The girl on reception (Amy) is so lovely and chatty. I met the vet at the door who clearly explained the treatment my cat would need, the benefits and what I could expect in the future. I have total faith that they will care for my pets in the future. I've been going here for many years with various cats and have always been more than happy with their friendly attitude and professional expertise. Took my little cat in today as she wasn't well and Marcus quickly found an abscess that we hadn't seen even though we had been checking her. Had jabs and by the time we got her home she was looking for food. Great outcome.

Been using Orchard Vets since 1989 when it was just Mr Dudley in Lower High Street. Their insurance scheme is well worth the money and staff are always friendly and helpful.

The staff at Orchard vets in Wednesbury were fantastic today. Our little cat had been shot, and the staff were so compassionate and caring. They removed the pellets, gave lots of advice about what we should do next, and have ensured her aftercare. The vet spent lots of time talking to us - such a lovely lady. Thank you ❤️

Have used Orchard since they first opened in Wednesbury 40+ years ago. They have amazing, caring vets, nurses and reception/admin staff. Our Fur babies have always received the best care and treatment.

I took my 1 year old lab for a checkup due to her breathing. She’s an extremely nervous dog and always has been, she’s currently in training. I can’t thank the staff enough for being so patient with us. Our first visit, we couldn’t even get near the vet without my pup being terrified, after speaking further with the staff, we figured out a way to have the consultation. Such amazing and sweet staff and I really appreciate how much they helped us. We’ve been with many vets, yet this is by far the best. Most vets wouldn’t have wanted to see us again. The only way we got a happy tail wag was when my pup noticed the teddies they had on display, I can confirm their teddies are worth buying too! They are super helpful, if you also have a nervous pup, I called up to explain and spoke to them in advance. I definitely recommend! (As you’ll see in the photo, she was extremely happy with her teddy)

Surprised to read some negative reviews from here. I have 3 cats that I’ve been bringing here for the last 5 years and the only negative I can think of is the odd occasion I’ve been kept waiting 10 mins for an appointment (which is nothing). Staff here are always so excellent. I believe the vet we met with today is called Bart (sorry if I misheard!) and he was so lovely, professional and calming while explaining how to treat our cat’s illness. We’ve been here countless times and never had a bad experience. It’s a 20 minute drive from our house and we have tonnes of vets closer to home but we prefer our cats to be in safe hands after having poor experiences with others vets around us. Thank you to everyone who works here for all your help over the last 5 years, we wouldn’t choose anywhere else to take our boys!

Just like to give a big thank you to all the staff who were working on the 30th March 2024. I had to book an appointment to have my boy put to sleep as he was very ill. I could hardly talk when I phoned, the receptionist was so patient with me and got me in as soon as possible. The lady that dealt with us, I didn't get her name, I was a bit oblivious to what was going on to be honest. She was so kind, helping in anyway, she even said she'd wait for my son and daughter as they wanted to be there. I've never lost a pet in this way before, so it was a new experience for me. Cannot fault Manor Vets. Friendly, welcoming and explains everything (including costs) very clearly. Quick appointments, lots of attention given to Ruby to relax her. Best thing we did moving to Manor.

Claude does not like travelling and usually leaves a smelly present in his cat box by the time I get to the vets which is about ten minuets away. The practice are really good of cleaning Claude up before he goes into see the vet. Claude is always relax when he is on the vets table and loves to be pampered.

Always clean and friendly staff and look after my little girl and explain everything to you. Keep the fantastic work up. I would recommend anyone who loves their pets to use this vet 10 out of 10

My dogs have been cared for by Pipe Hayes vets since I moved here in 2013 I was recommended by someone in the Breed who lives in Derby but has heard how good the practice is! It has met with my expectations. Stephen Pegg has been wonderful.

I was recommended this vets. I'm so glad I registered my cat with them. She is safe in their hands. I've had great advice and treatment when needed , And all staff helpful and friendly.

Took my two rescue kittens. the vet was absolutely brilliant with lilly and ruby my brother recommended fivelands as used with Digby his cat. First consultation was really smooth and made the kittens relaxed as very nervous .recommended their pet plan with no obligation which I took them up on really recommended fivelands great service

Absoloutly amazing staff from the vets to the nurses to the receptionists. Saw my pet in our of hours and again for over night care after surgery and can't thank them enough for the love and care they gave my dog pumpkin and the compassion they showed to me also, very thorough and kept me informed on everything they were doing and very happy to update me when I called in the night to check on her. Can't recommend nor thank them enough. I knew she was in safe hands.

Had to take our cat Brian as an emergency to Blaise as he had licked a caustic substance and burnt his mouth he couldn’t eat or drink and was in pain, the care he received was faultless would highly recommend, kept up to date at all times by vet Lucy who was excellent and Thankyou to Taylor the nurse for showing us how to look after Brian at home till he was fully recovered

I am so greatful for all that was done to keep my little cat alive, but for the amazing vets at Vets Now, he would have died. I found all the staff to be compassionate, courteous and professional.. Thank You all. God bless.
