Cannot recommend C&T locksmiths enough. I was burgled and they took all my keys and left the property unsecured. We called C&T and they came out quickly and couldn't have been more helpful. Mark was so lovely and friendly, exactly what we needed in a time of high stress! He got the job done quickly and went above and beyond what we had ooriginally called him for, making sure that my doors closed smoothly after the repair. (Smoother than they ever have!) We visited him in the shop the next day to get extra keys cut and again the same great service. I can't thank you enough, its true not all super hero's wear capes, some work at C&T locksmiths!!!

Cant thank these guys enough, had a security key was quoted £80 these guys did it for just £15, had it done initially at another store elsewhere, took it several times to them, did an awful job. Charlie and Matt took there time to assess the key in detail and took a logical approach rather than cut the key without assessment, guys ensured key was cut for perfection, works amazing will be back again for new set.

CT locksmith communicated very quickly, and was able to fit me in the same day, even though I did not have an emergency. Our technician was Jessie, and she was professional and quick to assess the problems with our three locks. After suggesting several alternatives for one door handle that needed replacement, she quickly completed the job. Would definitely recommend the service.

My back door lock was sticking and becoming difficult to use. I called James who quickly understood my problem. He called when he said he would having already informed me of the price for the work. He had to realign my door as part of the process and charged me exactly as quoted. He and his assistant were both very pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Hassle-free. Arrived promptly. Payment method was easy. Definitely recommend. It was an urgent situation. Vulnerable adult inside, and carers unable to gain access. Front Door had been locked from inside, with the key in it. The key lock barrell needed to be removed and replaced with a new lock to gain entry. This was all done effortlessly and respectfully.

I needed three window locking handles assessing. They all needed replacing. This was done within an hour of inspection despite going out to get the handles Service was done in a timely and efficient manner. Everything was done exactly on time and the work was carried out without error. If I need a locksmith again I will not look anywhere else.

Called Osman after our front door was damaged during an attempted break in . He removed the damaged lock which allowed us to use the door again. After messing up the fitting of the new lock had to call Osman again to fit a new lock which was done quickly and professionally and at a very competitive price, I have no hesitation in recommending Birmingham secure locksmiths and will be calling them in future should I need them . 1st time I used Birmingham secure locksmiths I will definitely use them again, Usman came out to my bmw, the vehicle doors was deadlocked Usman was very polite and very attentive managed to open the bonnet latch of my vehicle for me to then gain access to the vehicle after using a booster. Scary experience having a problem with your front door locking but this amazing team couldn't have helped us anymore. We were unable to lock our front door and within 20 minutes of a call Stephen was at our house trying to resolve the issue. The part he needed unfortuantly wasn't on his van at the time as it wasn't a standard item (it was late in the evening to get the part) he was with us for atleast an hour making the door secure with parts he had and succeeded. He came back in the morning and sorted the door in 30 minutes. Couldn't be happier with the service and would reccommend to anyone. Definitely will use Lockfit again.

After we were broken into I found Tony via a Google Search. He was here within an hour of me phoning ! He was friendly, helpful and had lots of useful advice for the type of security we needed. My key snapped in half after 6PM with no other companies available on hand immediately. Called around 12pm he turned up within 20 minutes of agreeing a time and sorted the job out working maybe 20 minutes. Gave me the options and informative about what was best for security. Even said I didn’t need some work that he could have easily charged me more for so to me proves his integrity and he also gave me great advice for security precautions for me having kids. Guby was absolutely fantastic. My partner and I forgot our keys and were helpless late in the evening. He was incredibly fast and got us in and replaced our high security lock which would normally be super pricey but he gave us a very reasonable price.
