BMW 3series-2 Key Fobs new style! My first time using a mobile locksmith and I must say I was so impressed by this particular company..The gentleman over the phone was so polite and professional and definitely prided himself in delivering a bespoke personal service. I’m very fussy on the minor details and the gentleman was very accommodating and provided us with the new style fobs and right colour combo. The communication was consistent from the first time I called through to the end. I ordered 2 keys and had one existing key blade cut(inc new ones). They also picked my existing lock to cut my blades in the first place which is more work. The gentleman and his colleague just got on with the job and were very pleasant. They have all their own kit inc their well kept van. They turned up when they said they would and just made the whole process so easy. They have a customer for life in me and I will always make sure I recommend them to others because they’ve earned my trust and respect! Oh and their pricing is very competitive whereas the bricks and mortar stores just wanna rip you off! They also do domestic locks as well so be sure to contact them for a quote! Came out within an hour or so of me contacting them. Able to install locks, cut keys and take payment via a card machine. Ideal! Really friendly chaps too.

Excellent service. Hassle-free. Arrived promptly. Payment method was easy. Definitely recommend. It was an urgent situation. Vulnerable adult inside, and carers unable to gain access. Front Door had been locked from inside, with the key in it. The key lock barrell needed to be removed and replaced with a new lock to gain entry. This was all done effortlessly and respectfully.

Highly recommended. Very polite and helpful team. I needed an antique lock to be picked and they didn't leave until they had resolved the issue. And also helped with another door lock whilst on their visit. The arrived at the agreed time and were super helpful and knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Fantastic service from Thai Rich who arrived within 15 mins of us calling as we were unable to lock or unlock the front door from the inside. No callout fee and very reasonably priced to fit new lock. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use again.

Had the most pleasant efficient service from Kain. Was there to help in one of the most complicated situations I’ve been in. Highly recommended! We needed to replace our front door euro cylinder after shops had shut and had no key to get into our garage either so gave Halesowen Locksmiths a call. Kain gave a fair quote, was round within 30 minutes and had the garage open and the front door lock replaced in under 15 minutes. Fantastic service, if we ever need a locksmith again we wouldn't use anyone else.

I'd locked my garage door key inside the garage by accident. Luke, from this company, did an excellent job - he managed to get the door open without breaking the lock. Knowledgeable in himself, he also uses a wider pool of experts for more unusual problems. The price was good, and the communications were professional, friendly and on topic. Highly recommended.

After we were broken into I found Tony via a Google Search. He was here within an hour of me phoning ! He was friendly, helpful and had lots of useful advice for the type of security we needed. His knowledge and professionalism gave me peace of mind, which is priceless, but he was also very reasonably priced (especially for a Sunday). Highly recommended.

Absolutely great service. They were friendly, turned up when they said they would, removed my old broken lock, fitted a new one and did a really neat job. They were easy to book - I made a quick call and a booking link was texted to me. I was messaged when the locksmith was on his way and they even sent a link to a tracking page. Very professional!

Cant thank these guys enough, had a security key was quoted £80 these guys did it for just £15, had it done initially at another store elsewhere, took it several times to them, did an awful job. Charlie and Matt took there time to assess the key in detail and took a logical approach rather than cut the key without assessment, guys ensured key was cut for perfection, works amazing will be back again for new set.

Cannot recommend C&T locksmiths enough. I was burgled and they took all my keys and left the property unsecured. We called C&T and they came out quickly and couldn't have been more helpful. Mark was so lovely and friendly, exactly what we needed in a time of high stress! He got the job done quickly and went above and beyond what we had ooriginally called him for, making sure that my doors closed smoothly after the repair. (Smoother than they ever have!) We visited him in the shop the next day to get extra keys cut and again the same great service. I can't thank you enough, its true not all super hero's wear capes, some work at C&T locksmiths!!!

Mr Brian Carter was extremely friendly, competent locksmith. We had a complicated issue with the door. It had a broken gearbox. Replacement gearbox and faceplate did not fit. It needed modification. Mr Carter had to modify the gearbox which he performed expertly and made the locking mechanism as good as new. Mr Carter was extremely polite, had excellent attention to detail, was intent on perfection. Extremely trustworthy trader. Ive saved his name for future reference. Highly recommended. Services were excellent value for money.

I contacted Adams Central Locksmiths when locked out of my house recently. I am pleased to report that the issue was resolved within 30 minutes of calling on a Sunday evening. Although resolved relatively easily with the correct tools, the cost represented excellent value for money against comparable quotes obtained by local companies. Would highly recommend!

Brilliant service. Bank holiday and we were really stuck with a dropped French door that wouldn’t shut. The chap arrived in less than an hour and sorted it out as well as advising us on how to get it fixed permanently. Well worth the call out fee.

It wasn’t an emergency but Simon still came out the same day to take a look at the problem, he talked me through everything explaining in detail what the problem was and went to get the necessary parts even giving me the option of quality refurbished parts to bring the cost down. Outstanding customer service will definitely be using again.

These guys sorted my conservatory PVC doors out which had dropped . They were so helpful and went above and beyond fixing things they noticed were missing I would definitely recommend them .

Very helpful young man serving, who is an asset to the firm. He cut the spindle (?) on the handle to the right length with no fuss made whatsoever and has very good customer skills. Very reasonable price and….it fitted! Recommended.
