Very helpful young man serving, who is an asset to the firm. He cut the spindle (?) on the handle to the right length with no fuss made whatsoever and has very good customer skills. Very reasonable price and….it fitted! Recommended.

I've been in the window game for nearly 3 decades. I have been messed about and let down by many people. Firstly I would like to highly recommend Sutton products. From the outside it does not look much and on the inside the counter is quite small. But what they do have is a fantastic range and knowledge of window and door spares. A professional outfit for your window and doors spares, tools, pad locks and key cutting.

Excellent service, the owner and his staff are really helpful I had all my window mechanisms replaced and the door lock I would recommend them every day of the week.
