Butch’s plumbing & Heating was recommended by a friend and can honestly say I’m so glad they did. From the initial meeting to having the work carried out was an excellent experience. Workmanship was brilliant. Kept us informed throughout what the process would be and can say I’m very happy with the outcome and cost. Reconfiguring the downstairs toilet wasn’t the biggest space but created the space effortlessly. Were that happy that we’ve asked for the bathroom to be done too.

Jack was very kind and respectful during the visit. He completed the job with no trouble and even helped with other problems I had with a few toilets. He also provided advice and relevant information which was very helpful. I will definitely call them back when needed! Thanks again.

I can’t speak highly enough about the service Simon provided to us recently in replacing a motorised valve in our heating system and servicing our CH boiler. He diagnosed the problem, carried out all the work in a thorough manner, including spotting & reporting, future potential issues, left the system working and thoroughly checked, and cleaned up after himself. Brilliant. Genuine trade, very fairly priced, all done in the timescale indicated. If you need a plumber/CH Engineer you need look no further. Simon is my first call from now on. Had KWS heating come and quote to install a new vertical radiator and service our boiler. We found him very competitive on price and also punctual and professional. Evening before due to arrive he contacted us to make sure everything was still okay for him to come and complete the work for us. He is very good at his job , he altered the pipework to suit our new radiator which looks amazing and serviced our boiler, he also filled in the appropriate paperwork and also advised us to have the boiler serviced regularly. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or to recommend him to others.

Fantastic experience with Mike from Jones Plumbing & Heating today. I googled a local plumber on Tuesday for a small job in the bathroom. Mike replied straight away, and managed to fit me in two days later. He arrived on time as planned, assessed the job thoroughly and got to work. He was friendly, efficient, really tidy and went above and beyond to explain everything to me. We’ll definitely use him again and would highly recommend.

Phoned Dave when we had water leaking through the kitchen ceiling the day we returned from holiday. He was with us within an hour and had the fun task of finding the leak between the ceiling and floorboards. Dave found the leak and repaired the pipes that had pin holes in them, left everything clean and explained any next steps with insurance etc. Not only did he do a top job but he is a top bloke too. 5 stars and would recommend to anyone.

Rang in the morning as my father needed replacement taps for his kitchen sink as one tap had become difficult to turn off. After a phone call and sending a picture of the taps and connections Dave attended the same day. He obtained replacement taps and flexible hoses. Despite it taking much longer, due to the condition of original fittings, he completed the job and stuck with his quote. Great service

After looking for a plumber on checkatrade I came past Dark Knight plumbing I noticed the many positive reviews and got in contact. Our issue was quite urgent and the service we received was top notch! It is now fixed and we're happy again. Will definitely use again if needed.

I needed a shower plumbing in, rang Dark Knight plumbing, Dave came round and assessed the job, but it was not as straightforward as first thought. Leaks in pipes I didn't know about , stopcock seized etc. Dave sorted everything out for us. This guy is a great tradesman, he is honest and reliable, and he knows his job.. He charges a fair price for his work. I would not hesitate to use him again, and would recommend him to anyone.. Oh yeah, he has got a wicked sense of humour too. Well done Dave.

Great job lads. We were in real need for a emergency plumber to help us out with a water leak they appered undewr our bath we called these guys and they sent someone out for the agreed price and got everything fixed. We will 100 per cent be using again.
