Came on time - rang me beforehand to check, very friendly, polite and helpful. Job well done - there were unforeseen complications but Michael took it in his stride and wasn't at all preturbed - just got on with it. Very professional. Job completed to very high standard. Tidied up afterwards and left everything clean. Fairly priced - would highly recommend 👍👍👍

I called Michael up a month and half ago to look at and fix a leakage from our upstairs bathroom which was dripping through the ceiling into our kitchen. He came promptly and spent good time getting the job done. Clear proof is that it's been almost 2 months since then and fortunately no problem / leakage at all! Thrilled with the work Mark from Summit has done on my radiators that were barely coming on with my ancient boiler. He rebalanced them and got rid of air pockets that were trapped. Now they're coming on hot and he's reasonably priced for his time and expertise. Friendly, professional, reliable and helpful in educating me on all things heating. Will use Mark going forward and highly recommend.

I needed a new gas cooker installed and Saboor did a great job installing the new cooker and performing a gas check before and after. We also had a small leak which he picked up quickly and fixed it. Also came out on a Sunday as I urgently needed the new cooker installed so all thumbs up for Saboor and highly recommended him.

I called Powerplus heating for an emergency call out (my hot water was not turning on) and with the cold weather it essential. They sent out an engineer who managed to diagnose, resolve and fix the issue within an hour! -Impressive service and great workmanship. Bearing in mind it’s the winter I was expecting a hefty bill, but that wasn’t the case. Very Honest, will be sure to use them going forward. Thank you to Saboor and the team.

Power Plus Heating installed a new boiler in one of my properties. From enquiry to completion the process took less than a week. More than pleased with the job. Neat, tidy and efficient group of chaps all very knowledgeable. You really can see the passion and pride they take in their work. I contacted Jack the Plumber through Check-a-Trade. He responded really quickly, communication was very clear. He visited within days to view the job and provided a quote quickly. The quote was hundreds cheaper than another one I received. He made clear in advance what was needed and explained clearly why it was not straightforward - I would say that overall his communication was very clear. The job went very well. Needed a new replacement boiler to replace my old Worcester bosch had 3 different price quotes from different companies. Mere Green Gas and Plumbing quoted the best price and was impressed with Ben`s knowledge and expert advice on our heating system. Decided to accept there quote the new boiler was fitted on 24/09/2024 by Ben & Jim. Great service received even covered the carpets whilst the installation work took place. Hancox have just replaced my old central heating boiler with a new combi boiler. Their engineers Rob and Luke carried out the work efficiently and skillfully, tidying up as they went. They worked tirelessly and professionally and I was amazed at the amount of work they put in. The new pipework in my airing cupboard is a work of art, so much so that my husband took a photo to show people at his work. I am undergoing treatment for breast cancer at the moment and Hancox had promised to carry out the work as quickly as they could to minimise the time I was without heat whilst I'm vulnerable. They exceeded my expectations. I had a lump in my throat when Rob and Luke came back from getting some materials with some heaters for me to borrow that night to keep the house warm. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hancox and will certainly use them again.

After moving to a new area finding good trades is always a daunting task. After messaging a few companies these guys were the first to actually answer and book us in and I'm so glad they did. There knowledge is outstanding talking us through our complicated system and getting straight to the heart of the problem. They arrived promptly diagnosed the problem, found the parts needed and got us fixed all in the same day! There's nothing greater than having a hot shower after weeks without hot water, and I really wish I'd called them sooner. Ohh and the icing on the cake, there prices are great. There buisness card has found its place on the refrigerator and I wouldn't call anyone else the next time I need a heating and hot water specialist. 10/10 - would recommend to everyone!

Absolutely excellent. I cannot recommend Pro-Tect highly enough. Professional, courteous, informative, approachable and friendly not to mention an excellent job! I was a little embarrassed as my boiler was more years overdue a service than I care to admit but, from my initial enquiry onwards, I couldn’t have been treated with more respect by both by the admin staff and the gas engineers. My boiler was quite old and needed a part that the original installers had omitted to fit and I know Jason tried at least 3 suppliers till he tracked the part down which he was clearly determined to do. Jason and his colleague, Mick, were prompt and efficient and soon had my boiler in perfect working order. When the bill came through I was pleasantly surprised given I’d had a service, two visits and a new part. It’s also extremely reassuring to know that if I now have any sort of problem with my boiler I know EXACTLY who to call. Excellent.
