GD plumbing are highly professional services. They have done a bathroom installation in the utility room, under staircse toilet installation, a few radiators installations me. The complex shower system and all the hot and cold water plumbing and electrics have been done to high standards. The tiling and doors etc are also done with high aesthetic standards. They have been very reliable and approachable for any issues afterwards. All the work was finished in short period as promised. I will highly recommend them.

I’m very grateful to Gee and his team for the plumbing and heating work done in our home. We needed various upgrades and repairs to the central heating, hot water and underfloor heating. Gee and his team work hard, and do a thorough job until it’s all finished and everything working well. I feel like Gee is a genuine guy who really cares. Outstanding. Gee and the team did an outstanding job replacing our kitchen flooring, removing our kitchen island and reassembling to do a “propper job”. We just trusted them to get on with the job and came back to an immaculate kitchen. Have been using This company to service my gas boiler/ plumbing repairs for the last 3 years and have always had excellent service at a reasonable price. Yesterday I had the latest annual service carried out but also arranged for the engineer to replace my bathroom basin tap with one I had bought myself. Unfortunately my new tap was the wrong type so the engineer went and bought another one and fitted this. This was exceptional service. The engineer was also punctual, friendly and very professional. He also left everything very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this company.

Fantastic service, it was straight forward, very informative, the workers they sent out were efficient, friendly and easy to work with. They installed my new boiler in 1 day, it's been a week so far since the completion of the job, and I've had no issues so far. Hancox have just replaced my old central heating boiler with a new combi boiler. Their engineers Rob and Luke carried out the work efficiently and skillfully, tidying up as they went. They worked tirelessly and professionally and I was amazed at the amount of work they put in. The new pipework in my airing cupboard is a work of art, so much so that my husband took a photo to show people at his work. I am undergoing treatment for breast cancer at the moment and Hancox had promised to carry out the work as quickly as they could to minimise the time I was without heat whilst I'm vulnerable. They exceeded my expectations. I had a lump in my throat when Rob and Luke came back from getting some materials with some heaters for me to borrow that night to keep the house warm. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hancox and will certainly use them again.

Thrilled with the work Mark from Summit has done on my radiators that were barely coming on with my ancient boiler. He rebalanced them and got rid of air pockets that were trapped. Now they're coming on hot and he's reasonably priced for his time and expertise. Friendly, professional, reliable and helpful in educating me on all things heating. Will use Mark going forward and highly recommend.

Booked a boiler service , was told price and booked in straight away . Adam, arrived started servicing the boiler. We live in a park home so LPG gas had low pressure. I am really happy with the work Adam and Ryan did on fitting my new kitchen sink waste pipes. They fitted me in around their jobs, were polite, efficient and very helpful. I had an issue with my dishwasher not draining later on and a couple of rogue slight leaks from my new sink and they came back, same day, and fixed the lot. I’d recommend them to anyone! Ryan and Adam took on quite a challenging job renovating our bathroom and at very short notice during a busy period before Christmas. They were very responsive and efficient, and incredibly hard working. Quite a few issues popped up through the process (such as discovering we had asbestos pipes) that they helped us with. We are really happy with the results and will use these guys again.

Excellent service from the 2 guys at Optimal Plumbing and Engineering Ltd. I had an issue with lining up an inlet valve to the pipework for my downstairs toilet after replacing the floor, called them at 10:30am and they attended same day. Both were extremely polite and friendly, they tidied up after themselves and most importantly got the job done at a reasonable rate. Fantastic service and company and I will not hesitate to use them again in future!

Absolutely excellent. I cannot recommend Pro-Tect highly enough. Professional, courteous, informative, approachable and friendly not to mention an excellent job! I was a little embarrassed as my boiler was more years overdue a service than I care to admit but, from my initial enquiry onwards, I couldn’t have been treated with more respect by both by the admin staff and the gas engineers. My boiler was quite old and needed a part that the original installers had omitted to fit and I know Jason tried at least 3 suppliers till he tracked the part down which he was clearly determined to do. Jason and his colleague, Mick, were prompt and efficient and soon had my boiler in perfect working order. When the bill came through I was pleasantly surprised given I’d had a service, two visits and a new part. It’s also extremely reassuring to know that if I now have any sort of problem with my boiler I know EXACTLY who to call. Excellent.

After moving to a new area finding good trades is always a daunting task. After messaging a few companies these guys were the first to actually answer and book us in and I'm so glad they did. There knowledge is outstanding talking us through our complicated system and getting straight to the heart of the problem. They arrived promptly diagnosed the problem, found the parts needed and got us fixed all in the same day! There's nothing greater than having a hot shower after weeks without hot water, and I really wish I'd called them sooner. Ohh and the icing on the cake, there prices are great. There buisness card has found its place on the refrigerator and I wouldn't call anyone else the next time I need a heating and hot water specialist. 10/10 - would recommend to everyone!

We had a smell of gas in the garage and George came out quickly and ran some tests and solved the issue for us. Also answered some questions around the heating system and gave some useful suggestions on how to run the heating system more efficiently. Definitely use again!

Like so many other reviews on here I was really impressed with George and his team. Lots of ‘little jobs’ had built up around the house. George turned up when he said he would. Walked round noting down everything I wanted doing. No job was to small and over the coming days he systematically fixed everything to perfection. Would highly recommemd.
