I'm never disappointed when I call Sal, I contacted sal with a leaking radiator and he came around within the hour. I've used sal in the past to fit a boiler about 3 years ago and never had any problems with it. Sal is professional, reliable, friendly and best of all his work is perfection. Absolutely amazing service Sal delivered. I had an issue early morning around 3.00am With bathroom pipe's. And had phoned Sal’s plumbing. He picked up. Who on earth is picking up the phone at the time. Only hardworking and dedicated people are. Time of arrival was within the hour considering I was 13 miles away and it being early in the morning. Not used the company prior to this morning. Manol agreed to come out for an emergency leak in the busiest season. He has done a marvellous job not only of fixing the leak but also tidying the rest of the sink set up as well as checking for any other leaks. Job looks very professional and is value for money too. Needed a boiler replacement urgently. We also had very slow water from our taps and sinks along with the issue of the water getting cold within minutes. Spoke to a gentleman Genti. He was very professional and booking him was very simple. Sent over some photos and he was down the very same day to inspect the job. Boiler was installed with a hot water tank within 3 days with full gas safe certificate and all warranties registered. Never had an issue with water or heating since. I would highly recommend GD Plumbing for any plumbing work!

Really pleased with our new central heating system. New boiler, radiator’s and pipe work fitted to spec and to a high standard. Gee and team are very helpful, professional and hardworking and take great pride in their work. Communication and punctuality has been excellent and gave great advice before work commenced. Outstanding. Gee and the team did an outstanding job replacing our kitchen flooring, removing our kitchen island and reassembling to do a “propper job”. We just trusted them to get on with the job and came back to an immaculate kitchen. Vik recently serviced my central heating boiler and flushed the system. He is easy to contact and responds promptly to communications. All work was explained clearly at each stage and completed to a high standard. Vik contacted me prior to both jobs and arrived at the time agreed. We got hot water, but heating was not working. We had gas engineer coming over and after 2 hours investigating he told us, its electrical problem with boiler. Electric engineer came over and said you need gas engineer. After 2 unfruitful call outs and sitting in the cold we finally reached out to I Fix it. Vick told me within a few minutes what the problem was. Not only did he fix the boiler(tank), but also installed new thermostat (old one was always a few degrees off and you had to twist it a bit to get the heating back on). Speedy resolution of the problem for a very reasonable price. Thank you very much Vick.

First time visited and I tell u the experience was 10/10 had an issue with my bath waste and the lads really looked after me. I originally thought I doubt anyone will be able to help. But shocked that Jim and Craig went through alot if effort to help. Jim was very knowledgeable and they really thought of every solution to help with costs and possibilities. Craig had an amazing smile, it felt like I had seen him loads and that's the impression he left, what you see is what you get. Had to go back for a refund and I was treated the exact same way as I walked in thanks both! Credit to you both true face to such a unknown company to me. I rather pay whatever it cost to buy parts from here knowing il get everything I need, both necessary and decent priced!

Hancox have just replaced my old central heating boiler with a new combi boiler. Their engineers Rob and Luke carried out the work efficiently and skillfully, tidying up as they went. They worked tirelessly and professionally and I was amazed at the amount of work they put in. The new pipework in my airing cupboard is a work of art, so much so that my husband took a photo to show people at his work. I am undergoing treatment for breast cancer at the moment and Hancox had promised to carry out the work as quickly as they could to minimise the time I was without heat whilst I'm vulnerable. They exceeded my expectations. I had a lump in my throat when Rob and Luke came back from getting some materials with some heaters for me to borrow that night to keep the house warm. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hancox and will certainly use them again.

Have been using This company to service my gas boiler/ plumbing repairs for the last 3 years and have always had excellent service at a reasonable price. Yesterday I had the latest annual service carried out but also arranged for the engineer to replace my bathroom basin tap with one I had bought myself. Unfortunately my new tap was the wrong type so the engineer went and bought another one and fitted this. This was exceptional service. The engineer was also punctual, friendly and very professional. He also left everything very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this company.

Power Plus Heating installed a new boiler in one of my properties. From enquiry to completion the process took less than a week. More than pleased with the job. I called Powerplus heating for an emergency call out (my hot water was not turning on) and with the cold weather it essential. They sent out an engineer who managed to diagnose, resolve and fix the issue within an hour! -Impressive service and great workmanship.
