At last! A plumber who is willing to 'go the extra mile' – in every sense! After literally months of trying to get a local plumber to even come and look at a small leak in an old lead mains pipe, we were forced to look further afield. We are now glad we did. We are so happy to have found Michael who kindly came to our aid, in spite of the fact we were out of his usual area, and the problem is now fixed. Friendly, approachable and very reassuring, he had the sort of expertise which only comes with years of experience. Although, they were only with us a couple of hours, he and his son both had the sort of quality which inspires trust. We will definitely call them first for any future plumbing needs.

Came on time - rang me beforehand to check, very friendly, polite and helpful. Job well done - there were unforeseen complications but Michael took it in his stride and wasn't at all preturbed - just got on with it. Very professional. Job completed to very high standard. Not used the company prior to this morning. Manol agreed to come out for an emergency leak in the busiest season. He has done a marvellous job not only of fixing the leak but also tidying the rest of the sink set up as well as checking for any other leaks. Job looks very professional and is value for money too. Thoroughly recommend

Manol and his wife managed the bathroom renovation project together and they are both very friendly and helpful. They responded to messages super quickly and gave us good advice when we were choosing all our new bathroom supplies, and they also drove us to pick up the tiles and Manol picked up other supplies for us which was helpful. Jonida was great at keeping everything organised and keeping track of the receipts and payments. The tiles and all the fittings look really nice and we are happy with the result! Manol has also replaced all our radiators and installed the new ones and they look lovely.

Booked a boiler service , was told price and booked in straight away . Adam, arrived started servicing the boiler. We live in a park home so LPG gas had low pressure. Adam phoned Calor gas , arranged for them to come out the same day. He sorted it all out for me . Polite , gets on with the job, no mess . Would highly recommend AB plumbing . Boiler completely broke down on 27/12/24...phoned vik and he arranged appointment on 30/12/12. Had my new bolier fitted on 3/1/25 and very pleased with his work....tidy efficient and respectful of our home. Vik recently serviced my central heating boiler and flushed the system. He is easy to contact and responds promptly to communications. All work was explained clearly at each stage and completed to a high standard. Vik contacted me prior to both jobs and arrived at the time agreed. He worked conscientiously throughout and cleaned up well afterwards. I would highly recommed.

We got hot water, but heating was not working. We had gas engineer coming over and after 2 hours investigating he told us, its electrical problem with boiler. Electric engineer came over and said you need gas engineer. After 2 unfruitful call outs and sitting in the cold we finally reached out to I Fix it. Vick told me within a few minutes what the problem was. Not only did he fix the boiler(tank), but also installed new thermostat (old one was always a few degrees off and you had to twist it a bit to get the heating back on). Speedy resolution of the problem for a very reasonable price. Thank you very much Vick.

We’d done the unenviable and bought a house with a host of issues including an ancient noisy boiler and cold radiators. I explained the problem and Michael was more than happy to come only 24 hours later. He sorted the issue really quickly and I couldn’t be happier!! He arrives promptly and cheerfully gets on. I found MK Heating & Plumbing through the Gas Safe Register when my mother’s blow-air heating system failed, after contacting many other companies that were unable to assist with that type of system. The service was absolutely first-rate. Came out the same day, were polite and clearly very knowledgeable. Gave the unit a full clean-out and service, which not only fixed the fault (a blocked pilot light injector) but also left the unit in the cleanest, best-maintained, and undoubtedly safest condition it has been in for years.
