My boiler stopped working a few weeks ago and I needed a new boiler fitted. Both the plumber and electrician that came round did an outstanding job with fitting the boiler and helping sort out my underfloor heating system which wasn’t one they were familiar with. From the initial phone call at 0900, the quote to complete the work and finished job I'm so impressed as all done in 4 hours and at a very reasonable price. Happy came out to connect my hob and has previously been to move my boiler. The team are polite, efficient and care. I also had my new boiler from them and a service too. Excellent service and spotlessly clean, these guys are very professional and helpful. They turned up at 08:00 on the dot, sheeted the stairs and had the old boiler out and the new one installed within 3 hours. Not a spot of mess and the heating was back in what seemed like record time. All in all, from call out to new boiler being fitted our experience was nothing other than positive, from calling the office, to the guys fitting, a 5 star experience. Excellent service from initial phone call with Kelsy, call out, recommendation and quotation from Steve for a new boiler replacement, new flue and new radiator. The installation and commissioning was by Harps and Chris. Harp's and Chris turned up early and worked hard, non stop, professionally and extremely politely throughout until completion. Additionally there was not any mess at all, these guys are a credit to the company. Fantastic service from start to finish by all, we would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone.

Absolutely amazing service received today from A1 gas force, started with a boiler check a couple of days ago with a really efficient engineer, boiler turns out to be dangerous so he got it switched off and provided a quote for a new one. Called this afternoon to get a new boiler fitted and A1 (Kelsey) was able to get me booked in the same day for a new boiler. Harbs and Matthew came and fitted this without any fuss, were really friendly and showed us how to work this. Couldn’t have asked for a better price and service. The house is warm and cosy now. Would definitely recommend. Thanks to the whole team.
