Moved into a new build with an air source heat pump which we’ve never had before. We experienced a few teething problems and the staff were always on hand to visit and give us support and advice. The staff are super friendly and helpful from the initial calls to the Head Office where. we were offered dates for the engineer to call, the visits have all been on time and heating issues resolved. Highly recommend for service and after care support.
