We employed PTHeating to disconnect an old gas fire and fit an inset electric fire. From the initial on site inspection to the final fitting of the fire including capping of the chimney we received rapid, efficient and pleasant service. Based on this relatively simple job I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Fantastic plumbing services, definitely recommend. Initially called out as we had a burst pipe in the bathroom. Came out same day and fixed the problem very quickly with no hassle. Then called out a second time to fit a new radiator to the wall. Again no issues at all. Great customer service and rapid responses.

I had problem with my boiler, was no heating no hot water. Steve made excellent job. He fixed the boiler in a minute even he changed condensation water pipe . He is very kind, helpful. Steve replaced our old gravity fed hot water cylinder, pipework and heating pump with an unvented pressurised cylinder and expansion vessels, running off a conventional Vaillant boiler. No new system boiler required! We also had Hive fitted which works great. No more noisy shower pumps and poor pressure! Steve's quote was very competitive and he appears to have a lot of experience with all types of boilers. You are in safe hands with him and he genuinely cares about his customers. A rare find.

We had a broken boiler, potentially looked at either a new boiler or a part replacement for £250. This was probably easier for him to do but he went out of his way and worked for long hours to fix it and the lubricant just cost me £7. Would absolutely recommend Maz, lovely trustworthy gentleman who 100% knows his stuff and would never rip you off. Not to forget on another occasion I hit a nail into the gas pipe and he fixed it quickly however he spotted a leak in the kitchen cooker stove that had been fit by rogue fitters before and saved me from a potential gas related disaster.

I've just moved into a new house, and found a major leak under kitchen sink, and a minor leak under bathroom sink. I called Maz based on his positive Google reviews. Even though it was a Saturday, he came within an hour to evaluate the problem, and on seeing it was serious fixed everything there and then. Kitchen sink was a bit of a job (cracked tap and rusted connections), and took several hours and a replacement tap to fix. Maz explained clearly what he was doing as he went along, and his rates were very reasonable despite the Saturday callout. Great service and highly recommended - thanks a lot!

We had an issue with a toilet leak, and luckily my husband stumbled across Maz’s company online. Maz found the problem within minutes and fixed it so quickly. I was having problems with my boiler's pressure and couldn't use the heating, so I contacted MAC and Muktar came out the following day and fixed the problem. We had no central heating or hot water. It is a circumstance I was concerned where we could get ripped off as we needed it fix desperately. Mac was able to come out the same day, fixed the problem, serviced the boiler and he sorted out Cadent to come out to fix the gas flow issue to the house. He also contacted us that evening and the following morning to make sure everything was working correctly and that we were happy with the service. Mac has just serviced my boiler. He kept me in touch with the time he would come and was prompt. Really friendly and talked me through all the procedure as he carried out the boiler service, giving advice on how to maintain it. Old combi gas boiler replaced with a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 8000 Life 30Kw Combi and repositioned and 5 radiators replaced. Barry provided advice to select the appropriate boiler and the repositioning place. Jack and the friendly Premium team expertly carried out the work. The whole process from the quote to commissioning the new boiler and providing all of the installation certificates and guarantee was done seamlessly by Premium. Thoroughly recommend.

Excellent service and spotlessly clean, these guys are very professional and helpful. They turned up at 08:00 on the dot, sheeted the stairs and had the old boiler out and the new one installed within 3 hours. Not a spot of mess and the heating was back in what seemed like record time. Absolutely amazing service received today from A1 gas force, started with a boiler check a couple of days ago with a really efficient engineer, boiler turns out to be dangerous so he got it switched off and provided a quote for a new one. Called this afternoon to get a new boiler fitted and A1 (Kelsey) was able to get me booked in the same day for a new boiler. Harbs and Matthew came and fitted this without any fuss, were really friendly and showed us how to work this. Couldn’t have asked for a better price and service. The house is warm and cosy now.
