Lovely staff, they are clearly extremely busy. I'm really reassured that emails that I send get answered very quickly with all the information I need. The vet and the veterinary nurse were very kind to me.... Whilst I blubbered away in the corner! 😭
Coventry PDSA Pet Hospital is a very helpful place to go when your pet needs an uplift in its health. The staff are friendly and helpful. Car parking is good too.
Yet again the vets and staff have been amazing. We had to have our beloved dog pts 3 weeks ago. They were so supportive and understanding. We then had to take our cat for treatment since. The receptionist remembered us and was so kind. They made the last few weeks bearable. I want to send my thanks to them all
Most importantly, remember that these amazing people are working for a charity, so sometimes having to wait is the least of inconveniences. I have taken a number of people here over the years and cannot praise them highly enough. Please, give as much as you can to help out, as veterinary fees in the private sector are not cheap.
So caring organisation and lovely staff. Thanks for looking after our beautiful Goldie .
