Cannot thank the staff at this vets enough for the care they have gave to tinkerbelle this last month, the whole reception team are lovely and welcoming, they offer hot drinks etc, Gary has gone above and beyond for tinkerbell and tried so much to help her, before finally referring her for further investigations, tinkerbelle always comes home in a loving mood when she's visited warren house, and I get reassurance when I collect her from the staff that she's been having cuddles most the day 🥰

Finally, a decent veterinary practise reachable from Aldridge. Tidy, large reception with an area sectioned off for cats. Great parking too. I was happy with the care and attention the vet had with my injured Moggy. I’ll be using this one if I need to in the future.

Warren House vets have the most wonderful, caring, kind staff you could ever meet. Our little dog Lily has been very poorly and they have been wonderful. She has had the best care from Anca and the vet nurses. They have done everything possible. They are so caring in every way and work with you to anchieve the best outcome, the kindness they have shown will always be with us. We cannot thank you enough.

Fantastic care, service and empathy for our Belle and to us. I cannot rate this company enough. Clearly ran well with the animals and owners well being put first. Emily is a huge credit to what is clearly an excellent family business.

This veterinary Centre helps us leaps and bounds after our own vets diagnosis of our westie was completely wrong and Aubrey at Bloxwich quickly discovered she had a tumour all the staff were amazing, polite, and obviously very experienced can't thank Aubrey enough for what he did for our 15 year old family pet 👍🏻👍🏻❤️

20 plus years of being an outstanding vets, with 4 dogs over the years, understanding, passionate about animals. Very reasonable priced no surgery or extra xray, blood tests if not needed. Could not recommend enough.

I recently visited Carmel Vets in Falling Park with my pet, and I found the experience to be quite positive. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which helped put both me and my pet at ease. The veterinarian took the time to explain the examination process and answered all my questions thoroughly. I appreciated their willingness to discuss various treatment options without pressuring me into any decisions. The clinic itself was clean and well-organized, and I didn’t have to wait long for our appointment. I also liked that they offered a range of services, from routine check-ups to more specialized care. Overall, I felt that my pet received good attention and care during our visit, and I would consider returning for future veterinary needs.

Been to carmel vets today for the first time. The staff on reception were lovely very friendly and chatty. I've been taking bonnie to other vets for years with the same problem and never really had a solution. The vet at carmel straight away put her on an allergy medication. Don't understand why this couldn't have been suggested before at old vets. Thanks for your help and we shall see you again with the rest of my animals. And a big thanks to simone like another review my bonnie is a bit shy . Simone was very patient and kind to bonnie that's a priority for me again thanks.

Unfortunately my partner had to say goodbye to his 17 year old cat. We were both treated with kindness and compassion and my partner was given time to say goodbye. Although we didn't choose to get him cremated. We were given a paw print, some of his fur and a little note. He had been treated mostly at Jeffcock Road. And we would like to thank all those for the care Mr P received.

My Daisy is extremely nervous of the vet, and Simone was brilliant, she took the time to help Daisy to feel more at ease, I will definitely book in with Simone in future.

Ive had cats all my life and ive just had the best experience i couldve wished for with Marta. One of my cats gets extremely distressed with appointments and can get vicious when she’s anxious. Upon todays appointment I was so nervous but Marta was incredible. She really took the time to calm Peach, let her know she was safe, fed her and fussed her, not at all rushing. She managed to give her the injection without a flinch and even was able to give her a full health check, what other vets had previously declined doing due to Peach becoming aggressive. Not a single scratch or tear from me either during the whole appointment. Thank you Marta.

I have been going to Connaught Vet's for many years. You hardly ever see the same vet twice. I guess they are all just qualified and it's their first job. They seem to move on. The staff are very pleasant. When I was upset over my cat being put to sleep they were very kind and sent a card and some Forget-me-not seeds.

My dog is always looked after and cared for even though he is sometimes reactive. He’s had a few health issues but has seen Safi twice and she has been an amazing help. Thank you!

Isabelle my French bulldog girl had a spay it was the best thing for her & im glad I trusted rock house vets with my little girl. I love how they looked after her and checked up on her with the aftercare. There love for dogs and animals is amazing. I always know she’s in good hands. Great vets

Well what can I possibly say about Rock House Vets…. There is no other vets like it…. They continually go above and beyond for my self and my animals… I trust this place with my whole heart. We have recently had the saddest moment in our lives… we had to make the decision to put our beloved basset hound to rest, she was 14, they made the whole experience just perfect. We was with her till the end, the staff was fantastic with my self and my children. 100% trust them. 🐾🐾

I just want to say Thankyou so much for your assistance with my Frenchie Astrid and her babies this service has been nothing but 10/10. The birth didn’t go to plan so thank you for swiftly getting us in and saving her puppies. The staff were incredible with us all and guidence with aftercare. Our eldest cat Coco has had dental problems and recently underwent surgery at Burntwood performed by Harvey Tate ( prior to going in Coco developed what we thought was a leg injury,but Harvey believed it just to a strain of some kind) Just to say a big thankyou to Harvey and the team for the work and care put into looking after Coco ( he's an old boy ,,Coco that is 😂 ) and after 7 days of being confined to barracks,Coco has been signed off and he's plodding around the garden..also thanks to the receptionist, think it's Amanda? Who has Al Pacas ,she was very nice and we had a good laugh with her ...thankyou again for the care and attention given to Coco

Friendly and attentive both times we have been, gave good advice and treatment without leaving us with the feeling that they were in it for the money unlike some vets we've been to. Cooper liked her.

We have had Manny pets offer the years and taken them to many different vets, but this one is great, They are really respectful when you're doing the sad things in pet ownership. They are great and helpful when you're getting new pets and going through all the injections. Happy to point you in directions that will save you money. I don't have any bad words to say.

Our much loved cat received excellent care from vets for pets shelfield - from the regular appointments with Pierce who tried everything possible to get him back to his usual majestic self to Sally who showed great care and compassion for both him and my mum when the time came to let him go peacefully. I would like to sincerely thank the vet who took a keen interest in my elderly cats health and the nurse whose approach towards my cat was fantastic. Thanks to them the visit and blood taking was stress-free. The positive change resulting from accurate diagnosis have restored the hope that was previously taken away at another clinic.

Really happy with this vets both my dogs and 3 of my cats have been done here and received a high level of care. Lucy and Rachel have looked after my animals each time and Rachel in particular has bonded with my dog Bruce they just adore each other. My dogs look forward to vet trips now. I like the new vet too Viv she's very thorough and recently diagnosed an issue during a routine check up. All are lovely at the clinic but it's the love Rachel has for my Frenchie that makes this practice a cut above the rest 🥰🥰🥰

Amazing vets, I’ve used them with my kittens and my dog, he had his surgery there, the staff was really good with him and treated him like one of there own and he loves going to see the vet for his after care I think her name is Rachel, (blonde hair) she take time to listen and spends time with Alfie during his visits and he has made a new best friend 💚 Thank you all ❤️

First vets Aldridge recently spayed my cat 'Podge'. The initial consultation was very helpful, the vet answered questions about concerns I had and put me at ease regarding the surgery and recovery. The surgery went without any problems and we were able to collect her early in the afternoon. The post surgery visit was informative, the vet explained what had been done and what to look out for regarding the incision. Podge is now waiting eagerly for the 14 days to be up so she can get in to her garden again. Overall I'm very happy with first vets and would recommend them to other pet owners.

Massive thank you to all the hard work First Vets Aldridge have done for me and the animals this year, here at Hannah’s Guinea Pig and Rabbit Sanctuary. You have always gone above and beyond and who actually listens to you and wants the best for the animal unlike other vets in the area that we’ve used previously. We’ve sadly lost a few of our rescues this year and every time we receive a beautiful card with forget me not flowers to scatter in the garden.
