I simply can’t recommend them enough. Narla need out of hours care calls answered with compassion by well informed staff. Big shout out to Tracey you are amazing. I have worthy to note been with the practice 2 years rarely leave reviews this is worth a 5 star review.

Absolutely amazing vets! Betty went here for her BOAS surgery today and the staff here have been amazing from start to finish! From the moment I called to her first appointment and operation today, every member of staff there are just so lovely! Betty’s BOAS surgery has been performed amazingly and her nostrils look fabulous! The aftercare is also so detailed with a contact number/whatsapp for support when needed. I am honestly so happy my dog has been treated here and so happy I have found such a fabulous place to bring my bulldog! The love and care they offer is absolutely amazing! Thank you!

Isabelle my French bulldog girl had a spay it was the best thing for her & im glad I trusted rock house vets with my little girl. I love how they looked after her and checked up on her with the aftercare. There love for dogs and animals is amazing. I always know she’s in good hands. Great vets

I just want to say Thankyou so much for your assistance with my Frenchie Astrid and her babies this service has been nothing but 10/10. The birth didn’t go to plan so thank you for swiftly getting us in and saving her puppies. The staff were incredible with us all and guidence with aftercare. Been using Orchard Vets since 1989 when it was just Mr Dudley in Lower High Street. Their insurance scheme is well worth the money and staff are always friendly and helpful.

The staff at Orchard vets in Wednesbury were fantastic today. Our little cat had been shot, and the staff were so compassionate and caring. They removed the pellets, gave lots of advice about what we should do next, and have ensured her aftercare. The vet spent lots of time talking to us - such a lovely lady. Thank you ❤️

I have been a member of pool house a number of years now, I have a rabbit, cats, and now a puppy. With every pet I have taken, I have received an extremely warm welcome and exceptional service. Staff have gone above and beyond in the past. From the receptionist nurses and vets every single member of the team I have encountered has been professional, knowledgeable, and given excellent service. I can't recommend pool house highly enough. Excellent vets.the staff are lovely,caring kind heart and the pet always comes first then the owner which i love.our family have always used them ie my grandad,mom and now me.(use to be called Walpole & Bingham).and even though the name has changed the feeling in the vets and how they are with u hasn't changed.its like walking into your own warm home feeling.and I 1000%+ know and feel that my dog is always in safe hands.

Unfortunately we had to have our dog put to sleep after she suffered a serious stroke. Carmel Vets managed to get us an emergency appointment and were very caring and empathetic when we made the sad decision to have her put to sleep due to the severity of her symptoms and old age. We arranged for her to have an individual cremation and we collected her ashes just over a week later. They also included a paw print in a card, a lock of her fur, plus a sympathy card and small packet of forget-me-not seeds. Carmel have been very good to us throughout this whole process and have been very compassionate. Thank you.

Thank you for taking care of T4 in his last couple of weeks of life.😢 The compassion, attention and attitude of everyone has always been exceptional, but the support over the last two weeks have gone above and beyond. If anyone is looking for a suitable vet for any animal, you will not find better than Warpole & Bingham (now Carmel) in Penn Fields, Wolverhampton.

Ive had cats all my life and ive just had the best experience i couldve wished for with Marta. One of my cats gets extremely distressed with appointments and can get vicious when she’s anxious. Upon todays appointment I was so nervous but Marta was incredible. She really took the time to calm Peach, let her know she was safe, fed her and fussed her, not at all rushing. She managed to give her the injection without a flinch and even was able to give her a full health check, what other vets had previously declined doing due to Peach becoming aggressive. Not a single scratch or tear from me either during the whole appointment. Thank you Marta.

I have been going to Connaught Vet's for many years. You hardly ever see the same vet twice. I guess they are all just qualified and it's their first job. They seem to move on. The staff are very pleasant. When I was upset over my cat being put to sleep they were very kind and sent a card and some Forget-me-not seeds.

I cannot fault the care and compassion they had shown my boy over the years, he was receiving care there for 9 years and especially towards the end when he was getting more poorly they did absolutely everything they could to keep him comfortable and reassure us too. Even in the end they treated him with such respect till the very end. Any more pets I have will be coming here, the best vets I’ve ever used.

Our much loved cat received excellent care from vets for pets shelfield - from the regular appointments with Pierce who tried everything possible to get him back to his usual majestic self to Sally who showed great care and compassion for both him and my mum when the time came to let him go peacefully. Our family are very grateful for all the care that Pepper received from vets for Pets Shelfield during his happy 13.5years of life. Thank you.

Great place to take your pets. We have had Manny pets offer the years and taken them to many different vets, but this one is great, They are really respectful when you're doing the sad things in pet ownership. They are great and helpful when you're getting new pets and going through all the injections. Happy to point you in directions that will save you money. I don't have any bad words to say.

Massive thank you to all the hard work First Vets Aldridge have done for me and the animals this year, here at Hannah’s Guinea Pig and Rabbit Sanctuary. You have always gone above and beyond and who actually listens to you and wants the best for the animal unlike other vets in the area that we’ve used previously. We’ve sadly lost a few of our rescues this year and every time we receive a beautiful card with forget me not flowers to scatter in the garden. First vets Aldridge recently spayed my cat 'Podge'. The initial consultation was very helpful, the vet answered questions about concerns I had and put me at ease regarding the surgery and recovery. The surgery went without any problems and we were able to collect her early in the afternoon. The post surgery visit was informative, the vet explained what had been done and what to look out for regarding the incision. Podge is now waiting eagerly for the 14 days to be up so she can get in to her garden again. Overall I'm very happy with first vets and would recommend them to other pet owners.

Really happy with this vets both my dogs and 3 of my cats have been done here and received a high level of care. Lucy and Rachel have looked after my animals each time and Rachel in particular has bonded with my dog Bruce they just adore each other. My dogs look forward to vet trips now. I like the new vet too Viv she's very thorough and recently diagnosed an issue during a routine check up. All are lovely at the clinic but it's the love Rachel has for my Frenchie that makes this practice a cut above the rest 🥰🥰🥰

5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Made my boy feel most comfortable, his operation went well, they looked after him and reassured him! He loved going to his post op checks, Rachel treated him like on of her own, and gave him lots of love and fuss. Not to forget the treats for him showing off his tricks. Amazing vets, I’ve used them with my kittens and my dog, he had his surgery there, the staff was really good with him and treated him like one of there own and he loves going to see the vet for his after care I think her name is Rachel, (blonde hair) she take time to listen and spends time with Alfie during his visits and he has made a new best friend 💚 Thank you all ❤️
