Rang them yesterday lunchtime to enquire about fitting an outdoor tap, they happened to be around the corner finishing a job and came over immediately to look and quote. I was at home today and they came around in the morning and finished the job in two hours. Both Jason and his son Cameron are friendly and polite and confirmed everything has they went along. From call to completion in 24 hours! Couldn't be happier.

Thrilled with the work Mark from Summit has done on my radiators that were barely coming on with my ancient boiler. He rebalanced them and got rid of air pockets that were trapped. Now they're coming on hot and he's reasonably priced for his time and expertise. Friendly, professional, reliable and helpful in educating me on all things heating. I found MK Heating & Plumbing through the Gas Safe Register when my mother’s blow-air heating system failed, after contacting many other companies that were unable to assist with that type of system. The service was absolutely first-rate. Came out the same day, were polite and clearly very knowledgeable. Gave the unit a full clean-out and service, which not only fixed the fault (a blocked pilot light injector) but also left the unit in the cleanest, best-maintained, and undoubtedly safest condition it has been in for years.

We’d done the unenviable and bought a house with a host of issues including an ancient noisy boiler and cold radiators. I explained the problem and Michael was more than happy to come only 24 hours later. He sorted the issue really quickly and I couldn’t be happier!! He arrives promptly and cheerfully gets on. He’s clean and tidy and is time efficient. His costs are reasonable and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others.

We had quite a complicated job moving from 2 old boilers to one new system and also some bathroom plumbing works. The team were great from first visit to assess our options through to Chris and Gaz who completed the work finding solutions to minimise the visibility of the additional pipework required. A very tidy job, would recommend.

Chris + Ryan are a likeable and capable team who dealt very positively with a challenging job: removing a Rayburn range + large water cylinder + replacing them with a new combi boiler. The job has been finished to a high standard inside + out, and I was touched and grateful for their concern + understanding when I had a bad fall part way through the work!
