Called Neil to help with a leak in my bathroom. Very impressed with his response which gave me the confidence to let Neil upgrade my bathroom with a false wall, shower, shower screen, bath and tiling. Neil's experience was really helpful when understanding my options and budget. Neil kept in contact beforehand and throughout, explained exactly what the job entailed and timescale. Highly recommend.

I made contact with Neil after my wife was getting messed around for 3 weeks with a lot of conflicting advice from several other plumbers. I spoke with Neil and he did his research upon pictures supplied for my Grohe mixer shower. I was advised of what part to source and communication from Neil was excellent. This is my first time dealing with Neil and when I need work doing in future I will definitely be requesting his services. Very professional. Thank you very much. Time keeping excellent.

Neil was very good at his job been doing plumbing for years. He is a man that likes to get on with the job. He put us another up to date toilet in (which was on an angle) also put a new sink with cabinet then he removed an old radiator for an upright towel rail. I had a leak under the bathroom sink and tried to fix it myself, however I found it was more complicated than I thought. I read a positive review where Neil fixed a similar issue so called him and he came out quickly after I sent him some photos so he knew what to expect. Even then there were a few unknown issues that still arose which Neil dealt with very well. He replaced the plug/waste disposal sorting the leak and also made good with silicon after putting the sink back on the wall and the sink now looks better than before! Neil is very personable, has a lot of experience and was very good at keeping me up to date with when he was arriving and I would definitely use him again.

Thrilled with the work Mark from Summit has done on my radiators that were barely coming on with my ancient boiler. He rebalanced them and got rid of air pockets that were trapped. Now they're coming on hot and he's reasonably priced for his time and expertise. Friendly, professional, reliable and helpful in educating me on all things heating. Highly recommend this guy . His workmanship is very good, I've used Tom over the last few weeks. From having pipe work moved, installation of a second toilet and having two outside taps installed. I found him to be very responsive and communication is excellent. All work completed at a reasonable cost. Hopefully soon we'll be having a complete bathroom refit, tom is currently quoting me for this, no hesitation in employing him He is a quality guy to recommend !

Fantastic service from Scott from start to finish. If I could give more stars I would. Replaced a 20+ year boiler with a new Worcester Bosch boiler in a small kitchen, arrived on time to quote and start work, was happy to explain the installation, how to use the thermostat and how other parts of boiler worked. Plus squeezed me in at a very busy time of year. Special mention as Scott was really considerate of a new pet brought home the day before installation and made sure the work caused as little stress as possible. Thank you Scott!

I got in touch with Scott from Heat central who is an approved Worcester Bosch accredited fitter ! He came to my family’s rescue when our boiler packed in the end of December we had no water or heating. Scott gave us a great quote on a 30kw life boiler and hive and squeezed us in to get the job done quick. While on the job a pipe upstairs sprung a leak and Scott was straight onto the job repairing and replacing pipes for us. I can’t recommend this company enough, We’ve definitely found our life time has engineer! Thanks Scott.

Got in touch with Scott as he is a Worcester Bosch Accredited installer. We had a Bosch Boiler and 8 radiators installed from Scott. Him and his team were very professional. Provided advice on the best location for the Boiler, radiators and pipe work. Very clean and tidy work. As it is an empty property, he kept in touch constantly with updates on the install. We had a little hiccup when the work was completed and I felt 2 radiators were positioned a little too high against the window sills. Scott readjusted the radiators. Can’t fault this guy at all. Highly recommend

Kevin and his team installed a new central system in our house, including new pump, pipe work and radiators throughout. Kevin scoped the work and was very knowledgeable and helpful in advising on the capacity of the system and where to situate fixtures and fittings. Once the work had been agreed communication with Kevin was very clear and responsive. Kevin and his team were very professional when undertaking the work; everything was completed as agreed, to a very high standard and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the result.
