The whole experience of using React Roofing has been a really positive one. Luke and the team are informative, open, very obliging, punctual, polite and professional and showed respect for my property. They carried out work to install a dry ridge system, complete some other minor repairs and the subsequent cleanup to a very high standard on a freezing cold day. I'm not sure how they managed to keep going but they did, all completed just before the recent storm hit, so a huge thank you for the peace of mind! Communication has been excellent throughout the whole process. I will definitely use React again and have already recommended them to others.

Ed came out to check on some works we had done last week by a different roofer. There was an issue with a leak due to a broken roof vent tile. During the time between when I called Ed and when he came out (very quick and fast response mind you which is great), the original roofer came back and he did some other remedial work. Ed politely waited outside for that roofer to leave, came in and asked what had happened and took a look at the roof. Ed then advised realistically, there would be nothing more he could do other than fit a new roll of felt and this would be unnecessary and spending money for nothing. I offered money to Ed for the fact he came out and wasted his time, he refused it and said he was just happy to help. 11/10, I will be recommending Ed to anyone who asks me about roofers and will definitely be calling Ed if I have any trouble in future

Excellent work by the team, managed by Shaun, after we had damage to our roof with several ridge tiles blown off. Service was very quick and job was done efficiently by Zak and a couple of other helpers. Photos showing roof before and after work was done.

Anthony did a fantastic job of resolving a very difficult set of issues associated with leaks around my chimney & valley. Exceptional work done by N Bird and Sons replacing 3 old roofs on 3 terrace properties. Efficient from the start, with their quotes, communications, start dates and organising all the paperwork. Nothing was a problem and we received regular updates with detailed pictures. They were very professional, tidy and friendly which was also commented on by the neighbours. The properties also received a full clean down after. They dealt with every question or issue immediately and organised for the front Apex's to be repaired and the loft insulation to be installed. They were also the only company that informed us about the building control requirements when quoting, which they took care of. I have just finished having work done by N Bird & Son Roofing and I must say I was very impressed. Shaun came round and gave us a well informed and thorough quote for the investigation and then repair/replacement of the flat roof on top of our house, which dated back nearly 15 years following an extension. His team were very professional and did an awesome job and fully cleaned up after themselves. They even cleaned another flat roof that had got dirty from the work. RA roofing recently completed a re roof of our property, not only were they the most competitive quote they carried out the work to a very high standard, the operatives were ver polite and the job was left spotless

Rob runs a very efficient Company. I had a leak in the bedroom as the valley on the dormer was letting water run in. He quoted me for the work to replace the valley and turned up on time (two of them) and just got on with it. They tidied up after them. Had to have scaffolding which helped them. They are a reliable Company to use. I would recommend them.

Needed an urgent flat roof replacement. Srdjan was able to come and quote the same day and provided a detailed and comprehensive description of the work to be done as well as the materials to be used. Price was competitive and reasonable. Srdjan replaced the external tiles on the bay window with the new materials. Srdjan has been professional throughout from initial booking to give a quote to completion. He first came and explained to us on what materials would be involved in the new bay window and accommodate our request to have insulation board on too. The price is fairly reasonable. He took the falling tiles down gently but efficiently. He has his own scaffolding which makes everything looks professional. He set up the scaffolding quickly and progress to the work. It was a pleasure watching him to do the work as he is very experience in this sort of job and his attention to detail. Will definitely recommend him.
