Ed came out to check on some works we had done last week by a different roofer. There was an issue with a leak due to a broken roof vent tile. During the time between when I called Ed and when he came out (very quick and fast response mind you which is great), the original roofer came back and he did some other remedial work. Ed politely waited outside for that roofer to leave, came in and asked what had happened and took a look at the roof. Ed then advised realistically, there would be nothing more he could do other than fit a new roll of felt and this would be unnecessary and spending money for nothing. I offered money to Ed for the fact he came out and wasted his time, he refused it and said he was just happy to help. 11/10, I will be recommending Ed to anyone who asks me about roofers and will definitely be calling Ed if I have any trouble in future

David is a reliable roofer. I would highly recommend to everyone. He did a good quality job for us for a good price. He listened to us and informed us all the time and was always on time. He is very conscientious about his job. We couldn't find a better person to do the job for us.

We used Avondale a few ago to fix a gable end at the back of my house. Edward was helpful, fixed the issue brilliantly and was very reasonably priced. I kept his business card. Called him earlier this month to look at an issue on the front gable. He came to the house, had a look. Srdjan replaced the external tiles on the bay window with the new materials. Srdjan has been professional throughout from initial booking to give a quote to completion. He first came and explained to us on what materials would be involved in the new bay window and accommodate our request to have insulation board on too. The price is fairly reasonable. He took the falling tiles down gently but efficiently. He has his own scaffolding which makes everything looks professional. He set up the scaffolding quickly and progress to the work. It was a pleasure watching him to do the work as he is very experience in this sort of job and his attention to detail. Will definitely recommend him.

Rob runs a very efficient Company. I had a leak in the bedroom as the valley on the dormer was letting water run in. He quoted me for the work to replace the valley and turned up on time (two of them) and just got on with it. They tidied up after them. Had to have scaffolding which helped them. They are a reliable Company to use. I would recommend them.

Deluxe Roofing did a variety of different repairs for me, correcting a poorly installed skylight (different company), 2 x flat roofs above bay windows which had rotted, and installed a dry ridge tile system on the main roof. They were helpful, friendly, polite and provided guarantee paperwork for all the work they did. The pricing was reasonable and the work was carried out promptly and to a good standard. Due to storm Darragh, we had our flat dorma roof blow off and chop our chimney in half. Was a really stressful time, but Ben, Liam Adam and the rest of the team really helped us out. The whole experience of using React Roofing has been a really positive one. Luke and the team are informative, open, very obliging, punctual, polite and professional and showed respect for my property. They carried out work to install a dry ridge system, complete some other minor repairs and the subsequent cleanup to a very high standard on a freezing cold day. We contacted Luke for a quote for a bungalow dormer roof to be repaired ,the property being one we were hoping to purchase. He was so helpful and provided a quote quickly and without knowing if we would be successful in the purchase. However we did buy the property and Luke has carried out the roof, replacing guttering, downpipes and cleaning the roof.
