I had been looking for a company to tile my bay window but after receiving quotes and then being let down or companies not even bothering to quote, I came across TWF Roofing. I called Tom and he said he would be happy to come over to look at the job, which he did the same day! I received my quote the same evening and once I had confirmed I was happy to proceed with the job, Tom gave me a date of when the scaffold would arrive. The scaffolding arrived on time, then once this was confirmed back to Tom, I then received a date of when he would start my job, which was also adhered to. The fitters arrived on time every day and stayed on my job until completion. They also attending to a couple of leaks I had with my guttering and repaired another problem which was only uncovered when fixing the leaks. TWF are a competent, reliable and professional company who I would recommend for any roofing or guttering problems. They also put me in touch with a brilliant guy for the rendering!

TWF is honestly a great company to deal with. Following storm Darragh last weekend, we needed a roof repair, and we’re let down by someone else so I looked on google and saw the good reviews. I rang up and they got back to me within a couple of hours and actually did the job the next day, less than 24 hours of contacting them, and it was much less than other quotes we got. The roofers were very friendly and efficient, very quick and did a top class job which we were very pleased with. The whole experience of dealing with them was great and would highly recommend them. Great company to deal with.

Thanks to Tom and the team who has fitted my Skylight windows. I phoned up Tom in the same day and he came and took a look and gave me the quote straight away. The guys who did the Skylight windows did a great job, it only took them just a few hours to fit two Skylight. Would highly recommend, get it done quickly no messing about!

We just moved house and the roof had quite a few things that need fixing or replacing. Tom listened to what I requested and gave some useful advice, then sent over a reasonable quote with a break-down of the costs of the individual sub-jobs. We were kept updated with dates of scaffolding and work, which were as confirmed, and the work was all carried out in 3 days (change of soffits and fascias and gutters, repairing valleys, repointing chimneys, replacing chimney flashing, installing tile vents plus a few more minor things that were not evident until the valleys had been uncovered). The workmen were pleasant and tidy workers, answered questions I had, and Tom came round after the work was done to check on a couple of things and put up a cable that had come loose during the work. Reliable, reasonably priced and I feel confident that if there are any problems cropping up in the future TWF Roofing will come back and sort it out.

When considering work to be done to your property the main question that you have to ask yourself is who to go with. You put your trust in the tradespeople and are more or less at their mercy. However I was very fortunate to have crossed paths with BB ROOFING SOLUTIONS. They are a thoroughly fantastic company in a very competitive market. The proprietor was very accommodating with myself and honest upfront. These qualities are hard to come by but BB Roofing are a credit to the roofing industry and should be given consideration for any roofing work. My go to roofers for the future without hesitation, I really can't sing their praises enough.

After living with a persistent roof leak for a few years I decided to post the issue on ‘My Rated People’ then Barrie contacted me. He came over and inspected the roof and highlighted several issues, two of which caused the roof to leak. Local Family run business . Very competitive rates . They were prompt , professional and no question was a stupid question. He advised me on what tiles and what was going to be done . He then ask me what kind of tile I would like. If there were any delays or due to weather they couldn’t come , they kept me informed . They job was completed on a week. That’s a complete roof off new baton, new Membrane ,tiles . Solar panels off and back on . They cleaned up after themselves , cleaned my windows . Definitely would recommend this company without a doubt . 👍

Came out same day to facilitate an Emergency repair , I explained I had water leaking from previous days downpour and it was running down the wall, the flashing was repaired to a high standard . Turn up at 16.30 and left at 18.30 on a Friday ....5* service .

Big thank you to Tom and his team for dealing with damp coming into the bedroom following the storm. Tom was was prompt on turn up to look at the problem. He explained all the work required and followed this with a detailed quotation. We agreed a date to suit and his team arrived and rebuilt the chimney stack, new flashing, rain gullies fitted and new roof tiles. Also he re felted the small section of flat roof while he was here. Our full roof replacement was completed within a prompt time frame including scaffolding and skip hire. All aspects of the job were communicated to us by Paul and Chris at the outset and any subsequent issues were dealt with promptly and professionally as the work progressed. Payment was taken at the end of the job. The roof looks great; we are very satisfied customers. We even had 2 ducks enjoying the view on the day the job finished!

Chris and his colleague recently completed work on our flat roofs, which we suspected was going to have some difficult elements due to previous owners botched jobs. Luckily for us, Chris really knows his stuff. He and his colleague arrived promptly every morning and, despite the appallingly cold weather, grafted really hard, barely pausing except to eat their lunch. They identified and rectified the elements that were not up to par and we now have well-laid, watertight roofs that will be good for many years. We had used Chris before for a smaller job and having found him totally trustworthy, hardworking and reliable, we did not hesitate in using his services for the larger job and would not hesitate to use him again, should the necessity arise. He was recommended to us by equally satisfied friends.

Srdjan replaced the external tiles on the bay window with the new materials. Srdjan has been professional throughout from initial booking to give a quote to completion. He first came and explained to us on what materials would be involved in the new bay window and accommodate our request to have insulation board on too. The price is fairly reasonable. He took the falling tiles down gently but efficiently. He has his own scaffolding which makes everything looks professional. He set up the scaffolding quickly and progress to the work. It was a pleasure watching him to do the work as he is very experience in this sort of job and his attention to detail. Will definitely recommend him.
