I had the pleasure of working with a talented professional, Stuart, who transformed my kitchen into an absolute masterpiece. From the get-go, his knowledge and friendliness were apparent. His attention to detail was impeccable, and I was impressed with how clean and tidy he kept the work area throughout the project. Stuart proved to be incredibly reliable and trustworthy, always sticking to the schedule and arriving on time. He played a central role in the entire kitchen renovation process, from designing the layout to ripping out the old kitchen and even handling the plastering. Remarkably, he completed the entire project within a week. What truly sets Stuart apart is the exceptional standard of work and finish he delivered. Stuart has just left after a job well done. He put in a shower+ enclosure in an ensuite along with a shower seat/grab rail. He also sorted out two leaks for us and fitted a new vanity unit and outside tap. His standards are high, he is quick, any mistakes he rectified and he was honest. Reasonable price, prompt and keeps his word. Recommended by our neighbours and we too will recommend him.

Would highly recommend Proplumb 365. Initially we were going to use Wickes as it just felt right, but I’m so glad we looked around and found these guys. We decided we would supply and they would fit. That way we knew exactly what we were getting once it had all been done. Their attention to details were spot on and good communication all round. At times I felt like I had been very indecisive but they remained very professional and gave me all the time I needed to decide what I wanted. The group of men working on our bathroom were highly respectful. I would chose them again and definitely will be recommending to friends and family! I’m a very big believer in supporting small businesses especially when they actually care about their work and ensure it’s the best finish and you’re 100% satisfied before leaving the job. We can highly recommend ProPlumb365. Michael & Greg (not forgetting De the tiler & Mike the plasterer) have done a fabulous bathroom refit. This has involved gutting our old bathroom,moving the toilet,(adding a new soil pipe),new lighting,piping & floorboards. Good attention to detail.Checked with us as they got to different points in the work to ensure it was as we wanted. Arrived on time & completed it in the time they said. Honest pricing,trustworthy (important if you have to go out whilst the job is done), polite & friendly. Cleaned up at the end of each day. Really pleased with the result.They will be our ‘go to’ plumbers in future.

Had KWS heating come and quote to install a new vertical radiator and service our boiler. We found him very competitive on price and also punctual and professional. Evening before due to arrive he contacted us to make sure everything was still okay for him to come and complete the work for us. He is very good at his job , he altered the pipework to suit our new radiator which looks amazing and serviced our boiler, he also filled in the appropriate paperwork and also advised us to have the boiler serviced regularly. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or to recommend him to others.

Ozzy’s just done a fab job for us replacing a faulty heavy-duty valve in our airing cupboard (which required re-piping to do) along with installing some new bath taps. Great chap - great customer service (does what he says, when he says and within a very reasonable timeframe), leaves things clean and tidy and doesn’t charge the Earth. Would recommend without hesitation.

Just had bathroom refurbished by Ozzy and we are soo pleased with the work he has done. He has completed within a week as he said in his quote. We would highly recommend Ozzy and love our new bathroom.

Ozzy and Cameron were not only professional in their work,they were respectful of my home and courteous too. I loved Ozzy's can do approach! There were a couple of problems when refitting my shower tray, but there was no sucking of teeth or long explanations, he just said we can sort it and they did! This is the same for Mikey who did the tiling. The guys finished on time, tided up afterwards and our shower looks fab. I also want to add that after many plumbers who came out to look and said they would give me a quote and didn't it was refreshing when Ozzy returned my call, arrived on time to quote, sent a quote ( a day after he said but with an apology) A price was agreed and date set. Our shower tray hadn't arrived when Ozzy thought it would but he kept me updated. Which was ace. It's so refreshing to find a brilliant, reliable plumber. I will have no problem recommending Ozzy to friends and family!
