By far the best garage I have ever used. Marc and his team advised me that my service was overdue, I advised him I worked in the week so it made sure to book me in on a Saturday, he them gave me the opportunity to drop the car off on Friday evening so I didn't have to get up early on the Saturday. On the day of service, Marc went in at 6am to service my car, within a few hours it was done! No massive work needed and a very reasonably priced full service Some garages would do their best to rip you off so naturally I dred my service but not this one! I have never been so impressed with a garage especially for bmw makes I will go back to him as long as I have my bmw I'm the happiest and most relieved customer ever! Thank you so much Marc and team!

Marc and the team were great! Car went in for a service, brake fluid and MOT, dropped the car off in the morning and picked up mid afternoon and was a completely hassle free process By far the best garage I've used - 100% recommend. Cheers guys

Marc Diagnosed a drive assembly fault that's been troubling me on my BMW 5 series, Booked me in quickly, replacing the faulty part and in a timely manner. The entire process was hassle free, the fault and its implications were explained perfectly. We discussed another issue that is non urgent on my front suspension, it was completely unknown to me, I'll be getting that looked at next. Great service, knowledgeable guys, fantastic prices, I shan't be troubling a main dealer anymore for my service and repairs.

Great local friendly garage who booked me in for a MOT at short notice

I've been using Brooklyn Garage for the past 3 years, and they've been brilliant. Over this time I've had many MOTs, services and repairs. And been given solid advice on countless occasions. Very reasonably priced, and have always provided a great service.

They do a great job but won't handle tyres or transmissions.

My car broke down right before Christmas. Though Taylors was busy he still managed to fit me in. Then the car was fixed 2 days after that including waiting for a part. The price was really reasonable. I wouldn't go anywhere else and highly recommend.

I left a review for this business over 8 years ago and now I’ve used Taylors Auto for over 9 years and have family members use them too. Roy and his team are friendly, and understanding, always happy to help or take the time to give an explanation. We as a family would always recommend this garage as one of an ‘honest ones’ and trustworthy!

I recently started using KM services for both my car, and my Sons. They provide a brilliant service at competitive prices. They explain everything that needs doing, in an easy to understand manner. They provide a repair and service at a fair price quickly with an absolute friendly atmosphere. They done an excellent repair and service to my 4x4. Have been going to them for about 2 years. Whenever I had a problem they always advised first, checked and explained everything in detail, gave me options on what needed to be done. Never pushy. Jobs done were always of best quality and never needed to go back for the same issue twice. Price very decent as well, compared to any other place. Very trustworthy and honest. Came to broadford last year I think after getting recommendations from family and haven’t been anywhere else since. Really lovely genuine guys that work here, they go above and beyond. If I ring them because my cars playing up in the morning they always make time to do a diagnostic check for me and squeeze in repair works if needed. Had my MOT here last week and service was fab as usual. Knowledgeable team and reasonable prices 😊.

Had an issue regarding the engine management light on my Citroën Dispatch. The reason was quickly identified and the fault was cleared. Great service from start to finish. Would highly recommend this garage.

These guys are brilliant! Very friendly and welcoming. Anything you ask they will do their best nothing is too much for them. Customer service is A* and they will explain the work they have done if you want to and show you bits they have taken off your not treated like an idiot. I am not very trusting of garages from previous bad experiences, however ACL in Stourbridge have restored my faith in car garages who really want to help you. I have recently moved areas and needed a garage to support all of my car servicing needs. The team at ACL have been amazing.
