Wolff was very quick and responsive on his communications. He has done EICR certification which required a new consumer box. He has documented all faults and made sure all are safe and sound before leave the job. I am happy to use him again and highly recommend him. His rate is also very competitive and reasonable.

London can be a difficult place to find reliable and friendly tradesmen, which is why I’m very happy I found Wolff who did the rewiring of my flat & light installations. He takes his time to explain everything simply so you understand, and ensures you have all the information you need before making a decision. Tentacle Electrical came out within 15 minutes when I couldn’t reset my RCD on a Friday afternoon. Chas identified the fault which was fortunately something that could be isolated. He recommended a new consumer unit as mine was over 30 years old. He returned to fit that last week and carry out some remedial work. He was friendly, turned up when he said he would and carried out the work efficiently and left everything neat and tidy. Would recommend and definitely use for any future electrical work.

Chas came out to sort out what transpired to be a faulty plug on my wall radiator which blew. He was very thorough and checked everything. Looked at my fuseboard and gave me good advice on that as well. Safety is key! He is a very experienced and up to date with current Gov regulations. Michael has carried out various electrical jobs for me in my home, putting right what previous electricians had done wrong.  He has renewed my burnt out kitchen unit lights, fixed my dimmer switch problems for ceiling lights and lamps.  He has been quick to identify the causes of existing problems and informative and clear in his advice on workable solutions.  He is a highly skilled and knowledgeable electrician.  He ensures a safe working environment and checks it is ok with you before disconnecting circuits.  He has trouble-shooted the problems with my outdoor garden lights, found that non-waterproof junction boxes had been used by previous electricians and replaced them with safe waterproof units.  The standard of his work is second to none. He is reliable, knowledgeable and solution focused. It was not a simple project but Mo invested a lot of time to ensure the result was perfect. I am always hesitant when booking someone I don't know from a trading website, but Mo at Daddy Electrician was superb. He arrived on time, he was switched on (excuse the pun), knew what he was talking about, highlighted potential issues but wasn't 'selling' and was open to other queries about our electrics. The call handler was very sympathetic and professional and got a next day appointment to allow for childcare cover. electricians arrived and got the job done in about half an hour - they had to reposition two double sockets and just replace other. very friendly, efficient and showed me working sockets.
