As always WaterGuys provided the best service. Scott came out within 30 minutes of us ringing to make them aware of the issue and he fixed the problem in no time at all. Having had some issues in the past with other plumbers in the Marylebone area, these guys are the most professional and the best at what they do. Not only this, but Scott explained how everything worked and what to do if we face any issues in the future. Best service I’ve had from a plumber, thanks Scott.

Only ever had good experiences with WaterGuys. Scott’s always replied quickly and he’s totally transparent about what options I’ve got, the possible costs of each and the pros and cons of fixing the problem a particular way. Most recent work was to fix a broken valve and he was over and had the problem fixed in a couple of days.

I used Excel for Bathroom supply and fit recently and they are one of the most reliable, responsive, pro active, conscientious and professional companies I have ever used in the flat. I live in a decent sized 2 Bedroom flat in N4 and I found the company as they are local to the area, after 2 awful experiences with Wickes and B and Q in the past on my kitchen and another renovation. Excel were wonderful - assisting in design, helping trouble shoot issues, offering advice and also finished the build and works on time which is also a rare thing these days! Great knowledge, excellent workmanship, flexible attitude and they very much take pride in their work. On top of it all, wonderful people all round and very easy to be around when the flat was being pulled apart too! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED....

We sourced all of the fittings for our family bathroom and downstairs loo with Sof from Excel. He was really excellent. Very helpful in giving us options, insightful as to where we could save money and where it would be a false economy. He was easy to communicate with and all round provided great customer service.

Incredible service! 24-7 Emergency Plumbing came out on a Saturday within a couple of hours. Assessed the problem and managed to fixed our blockage which must have built up over many years. They sorted the serious blockage within a few hours and gave us follow up guidance if the issue persisted. The price was also very reasonable for the emergency call out and time it took to fix. 10/10 service! Thank you so much!

Filip came within an hour and fixed everything on the spot without needing to turn off the main water supply. It was clear he knew exactly what he was doing. Great experience with Philip. Had a leak/issue in the bathroom that was not obvious to fix - required two visits on the same day but only charged me for one. Very reliable, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Will be my go-to for any further issues!

Bobby and his apprentice arrived on time. They did a very thorough job in servicing the boiler and checking other gas appliances. They took 90 minutes to complete the job. The boiler is working as it should. I am very satisfied with HeatME Plumbers and would recommend using them.

Our boiler had stopped working after losing water pressure, with the tap unable to open due to wear. Nathan had done a great job fixing our underfloor heating pump a few years previously so we were pleased to have him back. He came promptly, fixed the issue, and kindly showed us an additional tap we can use to top up the pressure if the problem recurs.

After contacting Homecure regarding a boiler issue they arranged an appointment the next morning. Josh arrived on time and could not have been more helpful and pleasant to deal with. 100% satisfied with their service.

My boiler was installed in 2020 and I have only had one fault. This was rapidly resolved, with a replacement part fitted by Vaillant. The annual service has always been carried out with professionalism, by very efficient engineers.

I have been using this company for many years, both for my own and my rental property. I have found them to be responsive, efficient, honest and reasonable. Over the years, Tradeforce have installed a new gas boiler, power flushed my system, sorted out problems with the emersion tank, competed annual safety checks etc. This morning I had no heat or hot water. I sent an email first thing and by lunchtime the owner of the business, Michael, had attended my property, sorted the problem and got my heating going again.
