I rang Polkadot Plumbers on a Tuesday to rectify a problem created by another plumbing company. They arranged for Liam to come on the Wednesday evening. He came and diagnosed a problem with a kitchen tap cartridge and repaired it quickly with a replacement part I had picked up. This eliminated the constant squealing and dripping left from the previous company. Liam was extremely helpful and fast in correcting the problem. Liam also clearly explained what was happening. I would definitely use Polkadot and Liam again.

Great service from booking through to completion. The engineer that came explained everything she carried out, showing me pictures and thee inside of our HVAC unit. Making payment was very easy and the bill wasn't eye watering as some companies had quoted much higher.

Luke arrived on time and assessed to problem with the wall hung WC which was leaking . He fitted new parts and made sure the part he was fitting was of good quality . Very happy with the service provided .

We needed our radiators power cleaned for the upcoming winter as some of them were only warming up to half power. We were able to get Hydro install to come over within a short period and complete the job. They were punctual, polite and informative on what was happening in the process. The technician also pointed out a few fixable issues around our house which was appreciated. We found the service overall good value and were happy with the service and result. Will definitely use them again when our boiler needs a service.

had an emergency last night when a major leak flooded my kitchen, and I couldn’t have asked for a better plumber to come to the rescue. Not only did he arrive promptly to stop the leak and prevent further damage, but he returned today to ensure everything was thoroughly fixed. Was transparent with everything too. He even helped me remove a door, which was way beyond his remit, showing how much he genuinely cared about getting everything back to normal for me. As a woman alone with a child, I also felt completely comfortable and supported throughout. He was not only highly skilled and professional but also kind and easy to get along with. He even took the time to inform me about a couple of people on Checkatrade who are dodgy, showing he genuinely cares about his clients’ well-being and not just the job. We had a leak in our flat and, called out Prime Plumbers they arrived within the hour. managed to repair the leak with a no time at all and also scheduled back in for remedial work. Brilliant service and will definitely recommend to friends and family. What to do is run the tank from the tap downstairs downstairs until it’s half empty and let it fill back up again and then go outside and check the overflow to see if it’s leaking from the outside of the building

Lee was so helpful over the phone when I called on a Sunday evening about my boiler. He talked me through the potential issues & advised me to increase the pressure on my boiler myself instead of getting a call out. You know the day isn't going to go well when you get up and discover there is no hot water. It gets even better when you go out to the garage to check the water heater and discover the floor covered in water. Obviously beyond any do-it-yourself fix, so called All Plumbing Services Wandsworth, who we have used before, around 9am. Reza from Beni arrived about 2 hours later and when a plumber tells you he has never seen this problem before you know the day can't get much worse. Problem was a gas water heater that rusted out around the flue and solution was a new water heater. Fortunately they had a replacement heater at the shop and someone was bringing it to Beni. New water heater installed in about an hour after arrival at our home, total time to remove old heater and install new one about 2 hours. Excellent service that we would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. After today All Plumbing Services Wandsworth is our plumber forever now.

They were punctual and friendly and the job was completed earlier than predicted and at a lower cost than originally estimated due to cheaper parts being sourced.
