My regular plumber was unavailable again. Joe came highly recommended by neighbours and friends in my area in Wimbledon. He was immediately very helpful over the phone, and guided me to find a solution to our lack of hot water. Unfortunately this didn't work. Once I informed him of this he promptly let me know when he could come. Joe was punctual, friendly and polite. He managed to solve the problem. I will definitely use him again as and when I need him again!

We needed Joe's services when our boiler started leaking water during a cold spell. He came to look at the problem the same day and talked me through the problem - basically our very old boiler needed replacing. Joe was able to change this for us a day later for a reasonable price and was friendly and polite. I'll definitely be using his services again.
