Josh and his team did an incredible job replacing our combi boiler and adding a few new radiators. Even though one of the new radiators had a hairline crack, Josh and his team were quick to identify this and rushed to get a replacement. Would highly recommend Josh and his team.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!!! I cannot recommend Pulse enough. I spoke to Eddie Ainsworth late on a Wednesday evening and explained that I had an emergency and needed a new boiler ASAP. Eddie called me back within 15 minutes and had two engineers booked for that Friday - the two engineers arrived and installed the new boiler and I could not speak highly enough how efficient, hassle free, professional and easy Eddie made the service. If you have any doubts, do yourself a favour and go with Pulse! The price was extremely competitive but the overall service is what blew me away - I would give 6 stars if I could!

Needed a boiler replaced urgently (leaking and not providing hot water). The guys at Pulse were excellent - came and surveyed gave me good advice and steered me away from some more expensive options to a cost effective solution. They’ve been responsive and always on time - the works took us a bit longer than expected due to unexpected cancellations by other traders but Josh and the team were always ready and available. Out of hours callout to fix pipework leak. Arrived within the hour, leak fixed in about 30 minutes, engineer lovely & completely competent. Have used Northcote two or three times, always happy, do highly recommend them.

A really professional yet personal approach. I found Northcote Plumbers on CheckaTrade and from my first call with the owner onwards they have been great to deal with. They were able to get an engineer out quickly to do Gas Safety certificate and checks. Their engineer was on time, very experienced and friendly to deal with. had an emergency last night when a major leak flooded my kitchen, and I couldn’t have asked for a better plumber to come to the rescue. Not only did he arrive promptly to stop the leak and prevent further damage, but he returned today to ensure everything was thoroughly fixed. Was transparent with everything too. He even helped me remove a door, which was way beyond his remit, showing how much he genuinely cared about getting everything back to normal for me. As a woman alone with a child, I also felt completely comfortable and supported throughout. He was not only highly skilled and professional but also kind and easy to get along with. He even took the time to inform me about a couple of people on Checkatrade who are dodgy, showing he genuinely cares about his clients’ well-being and not just the job. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better service—highly recommend him to anyone needing a reliable and trustworthy plumber.

Joe correctly identified and resolved an issue with our boiler that had been incorrectly diagnosed by someone else. He was efficient and patient explaining various different things to us. My regular plumber was unavailable again. Joe came highly recommended by neighbours and friends in my area in Wimbledon. He was immediately very helpful over the phone, and guided me to find a solution to our lack of hot water. Unfortunately this didn't work. Once I informed him of this he promptly let me know when he could come. Joe was punctual, friendly and polite. He managed to solve the problem. I will definitely use him again as and when I need him again!

We needed Joe's services when our boiler started leaking water during a cold spell. He came to look at the problem the same day and talked me through the problem - basically our very old boiler needed replacing. I recently used Near me plumbers to remove and replace a radiator and valves. The team truly bent over backwards to accommodate me at short notice and worked around my schedule to get the job done in time. Their pricing was more than fair, the workmanship was flawless and they did an impeccable job - to say I’m delighted with the end result would be an understatement! The team was polite, professional and left the property clean and tidy once done. Zero complaints from me here. I’ve been have issues with bad smells and flys at the back of my property for years. We’ve used a handful of other companies throughout the years and no one could give us an explanation. Called near me plumbers, Tony carried out a cctv survey and found a cracked clay pipe underground. He had to dig to expose the old clay pipe and replaced with new, couldn’t be happier with this company would definitely be using again!

We had a plumbing issue that a few plumbers weren’t able to fix which turned into an emergency and we ended up calling Near Me Plumbers on a Saturday at 8pm.. Arthur and Ali showed up within 1 hour (!!) and were extremely thorough, professional and just the best plumbing experience we’ve ever had. They fixed the issue by 1pm and we couldn’t be happier. These plumbers were able to attend quickly to give me a quote. And were also able to start pretty much straight away. Very reliable and professional. Great communication. They documented everything and kept me informed every day on what was happening. I have been meaning to do this review for such a long time, but in the middle of a renovation it is hard to find the time! Sometimes Beatrix post quite glamorous, large bathroom makeovers which may make some people feel like they cannot reach out if they have a smaller space to work with - or that they will get charged an arm and a leg if they do. This review is to explain how this could not be further away from the truth. I decided to go with Keir and his team after speaking to 14 different bathroom providers - while admittedly some were cheaper, following an experience with our rewiring (where costs seemed to keep mounting above the stated price during and after the job) I decided to go with Keir. I am happy I went with him for the following reasons: a) He was extremely flexible in our own level of involvement with the bathrooms. We were clear we were cost sensitive. For those of you who are happy to do some DIY-ing to bring down the costs - this is the company for you! Keir was happy for us to do some of the demolition, as well as the painting and decorating - which saved us close to 2 grand. If you've got other skills/things you'd like to try yourself - he is happy to accomodate. b) There were no surprise costs. What we agreed was what we paid - and I have to say we had a nightmare with a valve that broke (while we were on holiday too!), that was both sorted by Beatrix but also added a decent chunk of work back onto the team. We immediately had a sinking feeling in our stomachs on how much more that was going to cost - but despite the additional rework and installation of a new valve, we did not get charged. c) The team are LOVELY and genuinely try to ensure that what you want can be achieved. I was determined to make 2 bathrooms out of our space - but it was tiny and very finicky with no margin for error. Tommy was excellent, explained all the nuances of our set up well, and had the expertise to chisel out a hole in our toilet to accomodate the side-on soil pipe amongst many other things. Fish and Daniel built in so much storage it felt I had gained a bathroom without losing anything. They all were so great at listening - often I feel talked over or disregarded by tradespeople but here I really felt we worked so well together to make the bathrooms that we dreamed of a reality. d) Keir himself is a super calm guy - it cannot be overstated how helpful this is when there are a million things to consider and a million more things that can go wrong! Safe to say, my partner and I have reached out to the team for help with the kitchens. I will post a before and after of those after they are done!

I had an emergency where the boiler was shut off due to the carbon monoxide alarm was triggered. Norbert was able to attend the same day in the evening. He managed to check over the boiler very thoroughly and rest of the system. Was very pleased with the service and going the extra mile to fit us in the same day. I would highly recommend if you have any plumbing or boiler work needed doing.

What outstanding service they provide! I contacted them to check my boiler, which had broken due to an British Gas engineer malfunction. They promptly came to inspect it and restored our heating, which had been out all weekend.By Friday, a new boiler was fitted Their service was exceptional—efficient, professional, and backed by excellent product knowledge.
