I recently had David come over to help with some plumbing issues, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He replaced our showers and checked the hot water cylinder, sorting out everything quickly and efficiently. David was not only thorough in his work but also very friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience stress-free. It’s clear he knows his trade inside and out, and I appreciated how he explained what he was doing as he went along. I wouldn’t hesitate to call on him again or recommend him to others. Great service all around!

We have used Switched On since we moved into the area 2 years ago and they have always been so helpful with all our plumbing and electrical needs. Luke the electrician is the best and we always ask for him as he is so efficient, honest and friendly. We trust him completely and have never had any issues with the many visits he has done to our home. My only small critique is having to always pay for the hour of work when you might only need 1 or 2 things doing, so we tend to wait until we have more jobs so we can utilise the entire hour. Nonetheless, the work is always done to a great standard. Thank you team!

A top level service from start to finish. Scarlett was super helpful in getting the quotes arranged and works booked in. The electrician, Luke, was highly professional and skilled at then undertaking the works over a few days (fuse board and rewire). Luke was very friendly and was always more than happy to talk through the various options and best approach during the works - with the works being undertaken to a very high quality. Would definitely recommend.

We had boiler issues in Ferbruary '23, so needed to get this resolved asap. Our normal boiler person had retired so we had to find a new tradesmen to work with , which can be difficult to try to find the right one. Fen plumbing was very quick to respond to our enquiry and assess the issues we were having. Our boiler was over 17 years old so after consideration, it was time to upgrade anyway. Simon went through the options for us to get the right boiler at the best price we could and within a couple of days we had a new boiler up and running. Simon worked tirelessly to get the boiler installed and certified in a day, as well as flushing the central heating system and putting on new radiator valves (14 radiators so not a small task). The fact that he did it in a (long!) day meant it was the best outcome for us as we had heating and hot water that night and it made it more economical as it didn’t go into a second day. It was the first time that we had worked with Simon and team and it was refreshing to have a tradesmen as friendly, diligent, knowledgeable and focussed on customer service as they were. We will be implementing a Nest system next with Fen Plumbing and am pleased that we have found a company we can trust with our boiler maintenance moving forward. We had a problem with the flush of the toilet which was very old. I called Alan because his contact was given to me by someone who could not make it. Alan came on the same day and checked the problem. He suggested replacing the toilet and did the job in couple of hours the following day. His quote was very fair and reasonable. He did a fantastic job, clean, tidy and quick. I will use his service in the future for sure and would gladly recommend him for any job. Alan is also a great, polite and very honest person himself.

Alan did a great job at our restaurant - installed boiler, detected gas leaks, fixed leak in the toilet. He has been really helpful and would come back almost every day to finish the job quickly. We will use him every time.

I had a great experience with Maintracts. I called at 10am for an urgent drainage service and was offered a same day slot between 12-3pm. Craig, the drainage person arrived just a bit after 12 and was very professional. He did his best to not cause too much mess and clean up after which I really appreciate. He clearly explained his understanding of the issue and what he did to address it. While, in the end, he didn’t have the equipment to address the crux of the issue he advised me of other options and their costs and didn’t try to push me into additional services. I’ll definitely consider hiring Maintracts again if needed!

Maintracts are the most reliable, knowledgeable and customer oriented plumbers that I have encountered. I’m so impressed with them that I never go anywhere else. Their costs are reasonable and they are available 24 hours a day. It’s a Sunday afternoon. My boiler suddenly stopped working and after one call its was fixed within 15mins! We had few visits from them and their engineer Matthew. He is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. He called us after the work was done to see if everything was functioning properly. He installed a new boiler, he suggested also to get Hive which we found very useful. We would recommend the company and Matthew in particular, to everyone.

What outstanding service they provide! I contacted them to check my boiler, which had broken due to an British Gas engineer malfunction. They promptly came to inspect it and restored our heating, which had been out all weekend.By Friday, a new boiler was fitted Their service was exceptional—efficient, professional, and backed by excellent product knowledge. I had an emergency where the boiler was shut off due to the carbon monoxide alarm was triggered. Norbert was able to attend the same day in the evening. He managed to check over the boiler very thoroughly and rest of the system. Was very pleased with the service and going the extra mile to fit us in the same day. Very professional, beni was respectful of our house, he put booties on when entering. Opened up the wall with surgical precision, found the leak and repaired it. He also reduced the price after discovering a smaller job than originally thought. I would use them again!
