I highly recommend Ben and his services, they are excellent at what they do, really professional and at reasonable prices. Our shower was leaking into our poor neighbors room and we had called someone else before but they didn't manage to fix it. Ben came immediately the next day, assessed the situation and explained the whole process in steps and what is required and got to the bottom of the problem. He fixed up a new shower and everything that was wrong with it and it's been a few weeks now, and no leakage at all! Thank you for saving us Ben!

Ben is fantastic and very professional. Ben fitted for us a water conditioner, did the flushing of the boiler and its annual service. He also took the initiative of fixing a few bits the old plumber didn’t address. I highly recommend Ben. His services are of very high standard and he is a very nice and kind person too.

Excellent service! When the pump and expansion vessel on my boiler failed, VK replaced them and carried out a full service without any hassle. The boiler is now running like new. D&J (10 star) Plumbing & Heating, brilliant service from both Jamie and David. Making a stressful situation far less stressful. Our boiler packed in leaving us without hot water or heating, we then received their number from a relative who also used them previously and was very happy with their service. They arrived to have a look, determined the issue quickly, went through the options, very competitive price too. All throughout, start to finish has been effortless, both know what they are talking about and doing which gives you peace of mind. Will be using them again for future fixes and home improvements. >Professional >Took care of our home with protective flooring. >Friendly >Knowledgable >Great workmanship as per photos which are of the new waste pipe that needed adding due to the old boiler being outdated and not having one, also the new pipes for the new boiler. Side note: Went over and beyond to check our upstairs neighbours issue which has caused some water to drip down through to our ceiling, they found the issue, given neighbour their card to get it resolved.

Great experience with David & Jamie from start to finish. They are super efficient, have a great team to cover everything you could need and the work is great quality. Love both bathrooms they have done for us, and the suggestions along the way were really helpful. The little extra surprises were a great touch and we’re delighted with the work would 100% recommend and will surely get them back for future work.

Outstanding plumbing and heating service! They found the issue quickly with a leak in our bathroom - a cracked cistern. Even though the cistern was concealed, they replaced it quickly and professionally. In addiction, they fixed our leaky kitchen taps and looked at our heating system. Ozan worked all day without a break to install my new boiler, arriving on time and leaving late after a hard day’s work but not before cleaning up thoroughly after himself. When he went upstairs to check the radiators he even took his shoes off without being asked, which I think says a lot about how he respects a customer’s home. He also explained patiently how the boiler and thermostat work, as well as answering my many questions as he worked. Lisa is great on the admin side, too. I’m very pleased I found this company

Great company to deal with. The communication from Lisa was prompt friendly and helpful. For some jobs it’s more important to know someone is coming over on the day they are due than to have them right away and it was great not to be leaving hundreds of messages just to get a reply like some plumbers. Oz himself was friendly polite and helpful too and Lisa gave us updates close to the time on when he would come so we could plan our day. The work (change a shower valve in a bar shower and service a combo boiler) was completed quickly and to a good standard from what I can see. The price was very fair. Five stars and I would definitely use them again!

I’m so grateful I was introduced to Christian 5 years ago when I moved into my new home. He gave me great advice on my new boiler, which has been a fantastic choice and very reliable. Christian has been very patient with all my questions over the years, and I’ve had him in for a number of jobs, including fitting new radiators, making changes to pipes during a refurbishment and of course servicing my boiler. He’s always been a pleasure to deal with, it’s lovely to know I can trust him to do this kind of work to a high standard, and I’ve always felt his prices were reasonable, I’ve never felt overcharged or ripped off.

Neil came very highly recommended from a family member. He was fantastic to deal with, timely, professional and extremely hard working. We were having new radiator pipes put in and new radiators. Job was quite tricky and specific as we wanted to hide new pipes behind a rebated skirting. Neill had plenty of patience with this and was able to figure it out without a problem.
