All it took was one phone to Sanj from crystal events and designs, explaining how I needed a balloon delivering to my dad last minute for his birthday. Sanj sorted the printing, placing the money inside, designing the final touches with feathers and tassels at his own initiative. The final result was speechless was so much thought put in, designed AND delivered all in one hour. I found Halcyon Halcyon through Instagram in the lead up to our micro wedding and I'm so glad I did! I did my research and reached out to other suppliers but Halcyon Halcyon stood out to me because of their professionalism, ease of communication and attention to detail. I had a video call with Jayne who was super friendly and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me, my considerations and the purpose of the occasion; a garden wedding reception. I showed her the space we were working with and then sent her photos and specs after the call. Her response was incredibly speedy and within a few days, I received the floorplan and moodboard which was exactly the vibe we were going for! In the lead up to the wedding, we had concerns about the weather and how that would affect the floorplan and Jayne not only gave us some amazing professional advice but also speedily provided an adjusted floorplan to adapt to our needs. I was honestly amazed at the quick turnaround! The day before the wedding, I finally met Jayne and Andi when they delivered the chairs and tables, and as I expected, they were both as friendly and efficient in person, just as I imagined. They arrived on time (super early start) on the wedding day to do the styling and I didn't see the final result until we all got back from the registry. They truly transformed our humble garden and conservatory! The table setting, the flowers, the balloons, the elegance. I had never seen or felt gypsophila and orchids as fresh as that; it's almost been a month since the wedding and they're still going strong. Our family and friends felt at ease and the sophisticated styling definitely took them by surprise! Jayne and Andi fully understood the brief and delivered above and beyond. I genuinely couldn't have asked for a better wedding. They really made it a special and unforgettable day and delivered the light, airy and elegant theme we asked for. Andi & Jayne were an absolute dream to work with for our wedding this year! When we first contacted them a year before our wedding we weren't sure exactly what we wanted to do with our flowers but with Jayne's incredible patience she really helped guide us in bringing to life what we wanted. When we later decided we would like an on the day coordinator it was easy to go ahead with Andi given the experience we had had so far with the flowers. On the day itself the flowers were beyond what I had imagined - they worked with the lighting people to ensure the whole aesthetic of the room was perfect and even helped decorate the wedding cake I'd made with flowers too. Andi's calm and organised approach was invaluable on the day considering we had a dry hire venue with multiple suppliers to coordinate. I couldn't recommend Halcyon Halcyon highly enough!

Andi and Jayne are AMAZING. From start to finish they were so brilliant and exceeded expectations. They created the most incredible flowers for our special day and I cannot believe how many people commented on them - far more than anything else! We gave a quite vague brief of “fun and colourful” and we felt like we could completely trust them. From the first phone call I had with Zeleka, her confidence and experience shone through. Straight away she gave me connections for suppliers I had not found yet such as catering and production. Also advice on timeline and logistics. I trusted Zeleka with the vision of the wedding and knew that it was in very safe hands. Before the wedding we had numerous phone calls and a site visit. Zeleka and her team were exceptional. In the lead up to the day, we had regular check ins and an open WhatsApp chat to voice any questions or concerns. I should have posted this much sooner after our October 2021 wedding but hopefully better late than never. If you're aiming to have a wedding in a "dry venue" which provides the space but the rest is largely up to you, then drop everything and get The Wedding Arrangers onto the case - you will not regret it! It's a year ago this weekend since we had our first call with Chris, when he explained that the three most important aspects of the wedding as far as he was concerned were the food, the booze and the music. We came off that first call energised and excited whereas up to that we'd been a bit nervous and daunted about what lay ahead. That began a journey that was to take us to our wedding day in the beautiful Shoreditch Studios with Chris and his team supporting us all the way. On the big day itself I cannot think of a single thing I wish had gone differently, it really was a perfect day thanks to Chris and the team. All day I heard so many great comments about how smooth everything was running. The food was wonderful and so was the service. Any of the things I’d been worrying about in the run up were all addressed and never became an issue. I can’t tell you enough how much that meant we were able to just enjoy our special day and we had a ball. TWA's revenue model means you know where you stand from the start as they are very clear about what they charge you for - it's based on a percentage of your budget rather than on an hourly basis, so you won't getting any nasty surprises at the end. Next to getting hitched itself, it'll probably be the best decision you make!

I can’t recommend the Wedding Arrangers enough. They helped suggest amazing suppliers that made our day, answered questions before we’d thought of them and made the day run so smoothly. I contacted Chenai after my wedding had been postponed due to covid. I had lost all enthusiasm in wedding planning and needed support and advice mainly for styling! The team were on top of everything the whole way through the planning process which meant that we were completely stress-free. We cannot say enough good things about Rebecca, not only is she an absolutely fantastic wedding planner, she is a delight to be around! Little did Rebecca know when she took us on in 2019 she would end up planning three weddings for us (!), first the one that didn't happen due to COVID, then a small intimate wedding with a couple of friends during the pandemic, and finally a big celebration this year. Every detail was beautiful, she is so creative, organised, warm and professional. Nothing was too much trouble - she coordinated the most beautiful flowers and venue as well as creative extras like gift bags and a creche for children, coffee and mimosa bars - even luggage tag favours / place-cards. Sadly some beloved family could not make it at the last minute, and she helped me sort a projector for a speech recording which was so special. Above all, on the day she made everything run so smoothly that we could just relax and have a great time.
