Stephen was very helpful and prompt. I needed locks changed today, and he was able to accommodate this despite the lock smith being out. He quoted the best price out of the places I reached out to, and explained that we didn't need to change the whole lock which other locksmiths had required and included in their quotation I'm very impressed with this level of service and grateful for his transparency and how quick and smooth this process was! I will definitely be coming back if we need more locksmith services in future

Great service. Came to my house at the agreed time, quickly opened my locked cabinet, then went away, made me a new key and returned within the hour. Very friendly and efficient.

They made a copy of key within 2 minutes of me entering shop! Well I guess I was lucky as there was no queue at the time. Just tested key at home and it works like the original one! Friendly staff and highly recommend to anyone who needs to make a copies of your keys! Excellent service for £5 per key (worth noting , that my key was simple (probably cheap lock), so price can be higher for your keys if they are more "fancy" ....)
