Excellent from the start. Michaela and Caitlin were responsive and helpful on the phone. Paul was fantastic with his 2 visits for rodent control. Edward (proofing) was legend: never seen a guy work with such care, precision, pride in his work and thoroughness - above and beyond, and tireless.

I had a great experience with Beaver Pest for a textile beetle problem. It was pretty much sorted within a few weeks. The technician Liam was super friendly and really helpful. He explained everything clearly and made sure we felt okay and knew about the processes and treatments they were doing. They have great customer service as well and are very responsive and happy to answer any questions! The whole experience was way less stressful thanks to their team :)

I ordered two heavy duty screen doors. Beaver Pest Control not only delivered a high quality product but also exceptional customer service. Mick Tierney carried out the initial assessment and managed my customer experience from start to finish. He was extremely professional and pleasant. He was also very understanding of my requirements. He kept in touch throughout and even called on the install day to check that all was going well. It was! Dave called me to arrange a day to fit the doors. He arrived yesterday (12/05) on time and was also professional and very pleasant. He did a great job (photos attached) and was very respectful of my home. I've had a lot of work carried out at my home by various companies. Some failed to deliver to the standard they promised which I find unacceptable and refuse to accept. I'm pleased to say Beaver Pest Control excelled. I rate them very highly.

Incredible service from Joe and Ben ! We called many different pest companies to help us get rid of our pigeon problem. Simply the pest were by far the most professional, competent and reasonably priced. They built us a net on our rooftop to keep the pigeons out. I was so impressed by how well thought through it was and how good it looks!! They went above what was expected to make sure we were happy and nothing was too much trouble. Best trade company I’ve ever dealt with. Can’t recommend enough!!!!

I cannot recommend Simply the pest enough, Lee and Joe have both been so professional, kind and considerate to my elderly mum who had a very persistent rat in her house, nothing has been to much trouble for them, they have come out several times and very promptly, they have gone above and beyond to make her feel confident in what they have done and they are so reasonable with their prices. Only couple of months since we started to cooperate with Albany Environmental but customers service have been very helpful, friendly and accommodating- Customer focused team. The technicians have been supportive and helpful, also any emergency visits have been arranged quickly and efficiently. Account manager is always one phone call away, assisting with his knowledge and experience to help to choose right approach to the problem and find suitable solution. We've been looking for partnership with our service provider and so far we are not disappointed.
