AGS were extremely responsive. Quick to attend and resolve the issue. Peter attended for the three visits. He was prompt, professional, thorough and friendly. Gave helpful advise. Would 100% recommend and use their services again.

When we had a problem with rats in our house, AGS pest control were very efficient and reasonably priced. Their representative, Dell, was clear on what had to be done and explained his method of dealing with the problem in a pleasant and accessible way. Dell visited us 3 times and checked for signs of rats in the house as well as checking outside for the ways they were getting in and gave us good advice on how to fix it. Happily, AGS solved our problem with rats. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dell and AGS.

Professional, friendly service given at a reasonable price. Moving to a more rural area we knew wildlife ( aka rats) might be on the agenda. Seeing 2 outside wasn’t a problem but then one decided to try our roof space- not so happy with that - being kept awake by gnawing!! The council referred us to AGS and they came in good time, surveyed the area, left disincentives for them. Result no more rats ( for now no doubt) but good advice given on how to deter our unwanted house guests. Very pleased with the service and would recommend every time.

First class service! The lovely gentleman Gary Parrett visited my property on 3 occasions. He was so kind, thorough and most of all so caring. A small proofing Job was done and I was reassured I would have no further problems. Please pass on my thanks to him, he is a credit to your company.

Saw a few bed bugs and went absolutely berserk! Didn’t want the Landlord sending some dodgy company so went and did some research. Found Pest Protect straight away luckily. Supporting local businesses! From the first phone call, Connor was incredibly helpful; very knowledgable, understanding and patient. I’m so pleased I put my trust in Connor, if he hadn’t come out I would have continued to throw furniture away! Yes, I threw away a whole king size headboard after seeing a few bed bugs. Thankfully Connor came out as soon as possible and put my mind to rest. From the first treatment, I stopped seeing them, paranoia is peak but second visit complete and also a 6 month warranty for reassurance. Great work Connor, hopefully I won’t need you again!

I had Environ pest control come out to rat proof my house. I have to say, since their visit which was more than 3 weeks ago, I haven't seen any signs of rats on my property! One of a kind service. Liam came to do the first of three moth treatments in my home. He was punctual, polite and extremely helpful in moving some heavy furniture so I could get behind it to vacuum (which he later put back exactly as it was). It was clear he was experienced in the work - he was very helpful and informative about the treatment and what would be most effective. I trusted that he would do a good and thorough job and was very pleased to get a link to about 20 photos he had taken of him treating my flat in all its nooks and crannies. I have another two treatments in a couple of weeks - I hope Liam returns and I hope to be able to give another 5 stars.

Excellent service! I thank Frans for co-ordinating the work and the excellent and friendly pest control man Elijah who successfully disposed of the rodents on his second visit. He also recommend a rat blocker which I have had installed and will prevent future infestation. Environ were able to carry out works even when I was not in the premises. Wish I had consulted them years ago.

This company are very knowledgeable and very prompt! Very professional and know exactly what they are doing, the whole team is extremely professional and very knowledgeable. The manager is very helpful and no job is too big or small for him and his team. I had squirrel and pigeon problems, I have a 3 storey house however the team bought a high lift around and attended to my problem, I have no pest issues now whatsoever! Highly recommend company. You won’t be disappointed.

I can’t recommend AA Pest Control and Jason enough! As a young woman, I was absolutely mortified when I discovered a mouse in my flat late one afternoon. I’ve never dealt with pests before, so I was completely lost and distressed. I called several pest control companies but no one returned my call. Thankfully, I reached Jason at AA Pest Control and he was a lifesaver! He immediately calmed me down, gave me great advice and assured me he’d come over as soon as possible. Jason showed up late at night, and from the moment he arrived, I knew I was in good hands. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and caring, taking the time to explain everything to me. I was pretty hysterical and I’m so thankful for Jason — he was able to calm me down and reassure me. After the first visit, we found another mouse and Jason came back right away to check everything out. He also helped me locate the source of the infestation, which was such a relief. The whole family just came back from China and what was waiting for us was a flat full of mouse urine and droppings, In the very beginning, I did not realize how serious the situation was, so I thought, " Ok, let me clean the droppings and deal with it tomorrow morning", but when a little black creature jumped out in front of me, I just panicked. As a man, I don't panic easily, but after more than 15 hours long flight without sleep, I just crashed down. Thus, I started making phone calls. To be honest, as a Londoner, I know finding a service by randomly calling people is very risky, you may just get a cowboy rather than an expert. But it was 1:30 after midnight, and I did not have a choice. Not surprisingly, only a few people answered the phone call, most of them were not interested or only could make an appointment the next morning. Thanks to god, I just very randomly called Jason, and he said he would be here in an hour and the charge is just £200 for two visits. I don't think anyone can do better than that especially considering the time point I called. Then, Jason kept texting me to update the time he would arrive and showed up on time. He explained everything in detail, carefully checked the room and served the treatment. Initially, I suspected whether it would work, as the waiting time is 3 weeks. During this period, I called Jason and asked a few more questions, he was also nice and patient on the phone. Surprisingly, after the first week, no more sign of the mouse was observed [confirmed by motion-detecting cameras]. And Jason came again after 3 weeks. He checked again and set some more bait. Meanwhile, he completely blocked the holes under the kitchen sink. When he knew that I will leave home again for another few weeks, he suggested that I leave my key to a friend, just in case if the mouse showed up again, he can again come and help. I am very moved by this friendly, kind and professional man, who not only provides a fantastic service as a pest control expert but also gives support like an old friend. I cannot thank Jason enough for his effort in solving my problem. P.S. His eyes are always a bit red, so I assume he is trying his best to ensure this 24/7 service. Overall, very happy with Jason's help, and definitely will come back to him if there is a pest issue [hopefully not any more, finger crossed].
