I called Pest Mortem about a hornets nest. They were at my house within 10 minutes. They are friendly, helpful and the situation was dealt with, within the hour. My children were very intrigued and were shown what the nest looked like, they saw the queen and learned a thing or two about hornets that afternoon. I would highly recommend Pest Mortem for all your pests.

Martin is brilliant, professional, trustworthy and reliable. He came to my home within two hours of contacting him to resolve our problem with mice. He carried out a survey of the property, made recommendations and implemented solutions that have solved our problem. He also came to inspect the property twice after the initial work to ensure that the problem had not reoccured. Very highly recommended

Called Martin to deal with moths on my cloths. His honesty was superb. Explained that there was, alas nothing he would be able to do. Advises on how to deal with issue over the phone. Can’t say how much I appreciate the honesty, advice. Others have said they can “deal” with it, but Martin explained clothes moths need to be dealt with differently. Many,many,many thanks Martin 👍🕊

I had a problem with pigeons nesting under my solar panels. They were very polite, informative, professional and was happy with the service from start to finish. Needed professionals to come and sort a mouse problem in domestic house- found Dyno-Pest through Google search. Customer service great from the phone call booking to the technician. Had rats in my maisonette due to a hole/leaky pipe in my neighbour's garden (which Mark identified). He was fantastic: not only getting rid of the rats as quickly and efficiently as possible, but giving me advice along the way that has been so helpful. Can't recommend him/them highly enough.

We had an issue with bedbugs in our flat in Bethnal Green. Sahid came out the next day and dealt with the issue swiftly, returning for free around a week later when a few of the bugs came back. I really appreciated Sahid's targeted approach, taking his time to locate the nest and exterminate, rather than fumigating the entire flat (as other pest control people were recommending). We managed to avoid washing all our fabrics unnecessarily and so far have been bug free. Sahid was really friendly, offered good advice, and was very knowledgeable. I ordered two heavy duty screen doors. Beaver Pest Control not only delivered a high quality product but also exceptional customer service. Mick Tierney carried out the initial assessment and managed my customer experience from start to finish. He was extremely professional and pleasant. He was also very understanding of my requirements. He kept in touch throughout and even called on the install day to check that all was going well. It was! Dave called me to arrange a day to fit the doors. He arrived yesterday (12/05) on time and was also professional and very pleasant. He did a great job (photos attached) and was very respectful of my home. I've had a lot of work carried out at my home by various companies. Some failed to deliver to the standard they promised which I find unacceptable and refuse to accept. I'm pleased to say Beaver Pest Control excelled. I rate them very highly.

I had a great experience with Beaver Pest for a textile beetle problem. It was pretty much sorted within a few weeks. The technician Liam was super friendly and really helpful. Excellent service! I thank Frans for co-ordinating the work and the excellent and friendly pest control man Elijah who successfully disposed of the rodents on his second visit. He also recommend a rat blocker which I have had installed and will prevent future infestation. Environ were able to carry out works even when I was not in the premises. Wish I had consulted them years ago.
