I have never seen someone so thorough when it comes to carrying out a service on my boiler he carried out checks other engineers have never done. Other engineers always seem to be in a rush to get out, good time keeping and communication he made sure he new what boiler I had before his visit, I will be asking for the same engineer on my next service.
Excellent plumber and and all round person in general. Would highly recommend. Couldn't be more helpful. Got back to us straight away. Popped round to see the job straight away and then came to do the job on extremely short notice. All work left very neat and tidy. Will 100% be using neal again
Delkan provided excellent service! He checked out our boiler, replaced the pump, and installed a new thermostat. He was punctual, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable. Everything is working perfectly now. Highly recommend!
Having never used them before I was initially extremely cautious, however when Neale turned up he made me feel very comfortable and ended doing a very competent job at an affordable cost, so no issues recommending him and keeping his details for the future. Mark
Neal did an excellent job installing our washing machine in a new location, including setting up new pipes and hoses. He also replaced our kitchen tap. His work was professional and efficient, and we’re very happy with the results. Highly recommended!
