I was quite worried that I wouldn't be able to find anyone to clean the flat as it was right after the Christmas period, but Jonathan was extremely responsive and booked me in very quickly. The cleaners were very punctual, professional and very friendly. We needed a deep clean as we had been there several years, but the cleaners were very thorough and took a lot of care into making sure everything was spotless. The flat was left cleaner than when we had moved in. The pricing was also very reasonable and there was a clear list of things that they would be able to do for the price, which was very helpful. Not only the exceptional customer service we received but the actual End of Tenancy Clean left the house in far, far better shape than when we moved in. Everything was spotless from all kitchen appliances, to bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, blinds ect. Plenty of other businesses will rip you off with End of Tenancy Cleaning, but with very reasonable pricing along with the friendly and understanding nature of the Jonathan, I can’t recommend these guys enough.
