I contacted Stuart regarding some work we wanted doing to our electrics. He replied the same day, even though it was a Sunday! Even though he was extremely busy he was able to reshuffle things & fit our most urgent job in the following day which we are so grateful for. He was very efficient & had excellent customer communication with me. He explained everything in layman’s terms! We have booked him to perform further jobs in our house & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

Absolutely delighted with the service we received. Tom is such a conscientious, thoughtful and friendly worker. He wired up the lights for a media unit in the living room which was fitted by Hammonds and a new bookcase beneath the stairs. We'd had other quotes but TLS was the most reasonable, and while other electricians said it was 'too tricky' to install lighting in the hall under the stairs, it was no problem whatsoever to Tom. The Hammonds worker refused to put our TV back on the wall after fitting the unit, but Tom did that for us at no extra cost. I will gladly recommend TLS Electrical to everyone I know.

Thomas provided excellent service. When we moved into our new home, we inherited an air conditioning unit but didn't know how to maintain it properly. Thomas thoroughly cleaned and serviced the unit, ensuring it operated at peak performance. He also took the time to clearly explain the work he had done and offered tips on how to maintain it. His communication was fantastic, and he was punctual throughout the process. I will definitely be returning to TLS for our next full service.

Highly recommend. Had a fault with a panel that diverts solar power and heats our water. Responded to a phone call, took details via few messages, kept in constant communication with lead times, pricing and sorting the best solution for us. If I could more than five stars I would. I am really delighted with the installation of my new ceiling lights, loft light, outside security light, ring doorbell and ring security light. I would like to thank Lawrence for setting up my ring devices in the ring application that I know I would have struggled with. So a massive thank you to Lawrence and Paul for their outstanding work and it was a real pleasure/honour having them both in my house. I would definitely recommend LS Elect Ltd for any electrical works you might need undertaking and i personally will be contacting Lawrence again in the near future to install my new oven when I eventually purchase it.

I used LS Elec Ltd to channel an electrical cable into a wall and upgrade an extremely dated fuse board complete with testing and certification.. i had an outstanding experience from start to finish. We had a problem with flickering lights over the Christmas period. Although they weren't working until the new year, Steve took the time to talk through the problem with me over the phone and put my mind at rest. His son then attended at 9 o'clock on 2nd January and had the issue fixed in half an hour. Highly recommended!

We wanted to add a new 32amp circuit to our existing consumer unit in order to install a hot tub in the future and needed the installation part p certified for its warranty. After phoning round a number of places locally all of which seemed to make the process particularly complicated and seemed extortionately priced with at least three visits needed, charging an hours labour each time. We came across Pilgrim Electrical, David popped around the same day, quoted under the cost we expected for the job, was friendly, honest and helpful in advising us on what needed to be done. As we were burying cable ourselves prior to the work being completed. Once this was done, we gave him a call and he came out the same day, no fuss, very professional and certificate received that evening. We would only now use him again for any electrical work we need completing. If your looking for someone to complete any work at a reasonable price I would recommend calling David first before wasting your time with other companies.

David first visited us around 5 years ago to replace broken immersion heater. He arrived when he said he was going to and quickly completed the job. Since then we have used David to install CCTV, an alarm system, new consumer unit and any other electrical needs that we might have. When there was an issue with the one CCTV camera, David resolved it quickly and without fuss. Davis is friendly, one time when he was working here he actually went out of his way to offer me a lift to my son's school when I needed to get there quickly. He has recommended other trades to us, which we have gone on to use, based on David's recommendation, such is our level of trust in him and quite simply we would not trust our electrical work to anyone else.
