I contacted Stuart regarding some work we wanted doing to our electrics. He replied the same day, even though it was a Sunday! Even though he was extremely busy he was able to reshuffle things & fit our most urgent job in the following day which we are so grateful for. He was very efficient & had excellent customer communication with me. He explained everything in layman’s terms! We have booked him to perform further jobs in our house & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

Came out and upgraded our consumer unit, did a fantastic job and was very professional. Dave was very polite and he was the cheapest of all the quotes we had. Cleaned up all mess and the work was very neat We will definitely use Pilgrim Electrical again for all our work.

We wanted to add a new 32amp circuit to our existing consumer unit in order to install a hot tub in the future and needed the installation part p certified for its warranty. After phoning round a number of places locally all of which seemed to make the process particularly complicated and seemed extortionately priced with at least three visits needed, charging an hours labour each time. We came across Pilgrim Electrical, David popped around the same day, quoted under the cost we expected for the job, was friendly, honest and helpful in advising us on what needed to be done. As we were burying cable ourselves prior to the work being completed. Once this was done, we gave him a call and he came out the same day, no fuss, very professional and certificate received that evening. We would only now use him again for any electrical work we need completing. If your looking for someone to complete any work at a reasonable price I would recommend calling David first before wasting your time with other companies.

I would highly recommend David at Pilgrim Electrical. He was extremely professional, highly knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. He has done an excellent job and I will definitely be using his services again when the need arises. A genuinely nice bloke too!

David first visited us around 5 years ago to replace broken immersion heater. He arrived when he said he was going to and quickly completed the job. Since then we have used David to install CCTV, an alarm system, new consumer unit and any other electrical needs that we might have. When there was an issue with the one CCTV camera, David resolved it quickly and without fuss. Davis is friendly, one time when he was working here he actually went out of his way to offer me a lift to my son's school when I needed to get there quickly. He has recommended other trades to us, which we have gone on to use, based on David's recommendation, such is our level of trust in him and quite simply we would not trust our electrical work to anyone else.

Would definitely recommend TRJ Electrics. Telephoned them for a job I needed doing and they fitted me in the next day. The men who repaired the electrics were very nice and friendly. Also the repair work was reasonably priced.

A great experience: My Mum's electricity went out. She lives 150 miles away from me. She is 85 and when we spoke her mobile was almost out of charge. I searched Google for an electrician near her, this was around 7.30 on a Friday night. The electrician, Pete was fantastic, genuinely caring, and prepared to change his Friday evening plans to go and check out the situation. My Mum realised that her meter had run out of credit and phoned me once she got back getting some. In the meanwhile, Pete was on route. I telephoned him and his very kind and understanding response was fantastic. A very professional and dependable electrician. A very good experience, very highly recommended. Thank you again.

Pete has been a godsend. My electrics have been added to and basically bodged over many years by others. Pete has transformed the whole system and I feel completely safe with it now. I’m so pleased I’ve had this done. Pete worked with patience and really solved some challenging issues. Since the work has been completed and certified Pete has been incredibly good with follow ups….eg I had a toaster trip the system and he very kindly didn’t make feel like a idiot when he diagnosed the issue! I have no hesitation in unreservedly recommending Pete.

If I could more than five stars I would. I am really delighted with the installation of my new ceiling lights, loft light, outside security light, ring doorbell and ring security light. I would like to thank Lawrence for setting up my ring devices in the ring application that I know I would have struggled with. So a massive thank you to Lawrence and Paul for their outstanding work and it was a real pleasure/honour having them both in my house. This company is highly professional, had a full house installation of electric and smoke detectors/alarms all to code. Steve is very professional, and always on time, he cleans and tidies as he work and even cleans before he leaves. I did pay all the amount before he finished completely, and as soon as I called him to finish off the bits and the kitchen he came when he said he would and finished all the jobs up and days work, so yes they are also trustworthy, I would use them again, and recommend them for any type off electrical work to anyone.
