Have used JP Autos both as a business for company vehicles and for personal vehicles, cars and motorhomes. Both Jamie and Chris are professional, knowledgeable, polite and helpful. I have been completely happy with routine servicing, fault diagnosis and rectification, and of course annual MOTs. I would definitely recommend them and will always use them, when I can.

As usual perfect customer service from Roberts tyres. You usually have to wait to get your car in here but it's always worth the wait. Top notch work, very fair prices, honest opinions. Put my car in two weeks ago for them to diagnose an aircon leak, that other garages and car dealer couldn't detect. I was promptly told they had likely found the cause, a damaged condenser. Paul went above and beyond to source a replacement, dismissing the dealer part due to the cost, and spending quite a lot of time finding a suitable part that he believed was the correct price/ quality. The job came in under the price of the quote, air con is ice cold again and they have one happy customer. I've never walked away from this garage feeling unhappy, from timing belts to ordering in specific tyres for me to sorting my air con, top notch honest garage. Thanks again Paul and Jayson.

Not all heroes wear capes! This one was wearing a beanie. We had our drive belt self destruct 4 hours from home, leaving us stuck in Sleaford. Alex's garage fixed us up in no time, kept us updated on progress, and barely charged us anything. Couldn't be more grateful.

I called in the morning regarding a fuel leak from the rear of my car. Although they were busy they managed to get my car in and fixed the same day! Brilliant staff from the mechanics through to reception and prices that you can’t beat. Car back on the road and will definitely be going back here in the future.

I have recently had 2 complicated jobs done by Jane and her team. The largest was replacing a pdk clutch on my Q5. This job is normally only done by main agent. The outcome was fantastic Michael and Hary carried the job out and it has not missed a beat. Second job was retrofit a cruise control to the same car, again outcome was great. I would wholeheartedly recommend O&N for any automotive job. They are highly skilled, friendly and do the work for a very reasonable price.

I took my car into Olive & Nicholson with an awkward issue which resulted into my car failing it's MOT. Olive & Nicholson were brilliant in contacting me and informing me in every step of the way and helping me understand where the issue had originated. My car had to be kept over multiple days but they fixed the issue much quicker than I expected. When I went to collect the car, the price was much cheaper than I anticipated and I couldn't be any happier. I couldn't thank the Olive & Nicholson garage enough, I highly recommend.

We always get our cars MOTd and serviced here, the guys are completely honest and trustworthy and always go the extra mile to help in any way they can. Although they have lots of experience with vintage cars (there's always some interesting ones when we drive past) we feel they treat our car with the same attention and expertise. We've also never heard a bad thing EVER said about them, anyone else we talk to always rated them VERY highly!

Really fantastic experience from first contact / enquiry for my diesel 1.6 insignia timing chain replacement. Dan and his team have done an excellent job - Loren in the office is very prompt / helpful with replies and enquiries. I was kept well informed as the work progressed and advised with supporting pics / information of other issues that may require repair. I really appreciated that Dan took the time to personally save the worn parts being replaced and show them to me and explain why they had failed. The car now drives really well and is transformed after the repairs. Dan is proactive in advising worn ancillary parts that many garages wouldn’t even consider for replacement and at minimal cost whilst engine is in pieces that would be v expensive to do at a later time. It’s great to find a garage who actually put their customers first and really do go the extra mile in providing an excellent service. You can be sure they will provide you with a first class service. This is the Holy Grail of garages. I've been based all over Britain and used garages everywhere, but this is by far the best, most professional, most friendly and most efficient by a long long way. These are top class engineers. Look at the photos of their workshop! It's like visiting Rolls Royce engine manufacturing plant. Spotless beyond belief. You will never find a better service, a more polite, friendly and helpful staff group who are obviously a great team and it was a privilege to meet a couple of them. I almost want my car to go wrong so I can return. Miles and miles above everybody else and with equally amazing pricing. They are the best. Can't recommend them enough. You want your car and yourself looking after like a formula one car, then go here!!!

The only mechanics I will use for both my businesses Van and my car. I have complete trust in these guys to do the job properly. I have never been let down by them. Real mechanics are an extremely rare breed these days. Things are done right, no rushing and no half measures.

I had an issue with my head gasket blowing 2.5 hours away from my home. I ended up pulling into this garage to see if they had any advice, as I was currently stuck with no way of getting to Manchester, a further 2.5 hours away. They not only helped, but they went above and beyond to get me out of an awful situation. They organised a hire car for me, took myself and my son to the train station so I could collect the hire car, and also kept my car safe until it could be recovered. They also text me to double check I had arrived in Manchester safely. Not once did they ever have to help me, let alone go the extent they did. So I wanted to say thank you once again.
