I needed a tyre looking at after a journey up to Lincolnshire from London - my tyre pressure loss guage indicator light came up on my dash while driving up. I tried the Skegness then Grimsby branches but neither could fit me in for the next day. Finally I tried Sleaford branch and they booked me in at 1pm for the next day. When I arrived and entered the reception area, although they were busy Michael attended to me within about a minute - I was very pleased with his attentiveness and he was efficient and professional. I couldn’t believe it when the whole job was done in about 20 minutes. Michael is a real asset to the branch and I thoroughly recommend using them. I moved to Sleaford in 2002. I initially used the manufacturers service centre but it was a fair distance to my nearest Merc dealer. A friend said why don't you try Sleafors MOT and Srvice centre. I was so impressed with the service I received I have never been to any other garage for servicing and tyres. They go the extra mile every time I go in. A pleasure to do business with and no I'm not related to the owner.

I had an issue with my head gasket blowing 2.5 hours away from my home. I ended up pulling into this garage to see if they had any advice, as I was currently stuck with no way of getting to Manchester, a further 2.5 hours away. They not only helped, but they went above and beyond to get me out of an awful situation. They organised a hire car for me, took myself and my son to the train station so I could collect the hire car, and also kept my car safe until it could be recovered. They also text me to double check I had arrived in Manchester safely. Not once did they ever have to help me, let alone go the extent they did. So I wanted to say thank you once again. You have shown that there is still kindness in the world. I want to wish you and your business a very happy and successful future.

Exceptional!! I was visiting the area when it became apparent that I needed work on my car. I called late on a Wednesday evening, the team said they would make time for my car the following day. Within 2.5 hours the next day, my car had new rear brake pads and discs! An incredibly reasonable price and outstanding customer service! Wold highly recommend!

Came in with a problem, not knowing what it was. Lovely team of people agreed to look at it the same day! They found the problem after a days work, kept us in the loop of what the problem could be, how much it would cost. Really transparent bunch of guys. We agreed to investigate the issue further, so they lent us a courtesy car, which was clean and worked perfectly. The issue was so big it wasn’t worth doing in the end. There were no questions asked when we said we couldn’t go ahead. Just a group of genuine, knowledgeable people. I couldn’t recommend Europe Car Service enough! They will do everything they can to get you back on the roads, without costing you the world. Really appreciate the help guys!

Did not quite need Pistop in the end as my elderly (stranded!) father in law managed to get his car going. But I wanted to say how helpful Pitstop were on the phone. They had offered to come out if need be for a very responsible rate.
