First time getting tyres from here in many years. Very impressed with the fast and efficient service not only by the management but the technician too. Will definitely go back!!!

Can't speak highly enough about Kwik Fit Sleaford... I rang them after a wheel and tyre supplier let me down by sending me four wheels - with two of them poorly balanced (i.e. the weights weren't stuck to the wheel!) I rang KF and asked (as a long-shot) if they could balance them today and they said "yeah - bring them down now". So, I did - and 15 mins later they were done. That in itself was fantastic. Then, when I got home, I lifted up one of the other two wheels to find the weights literally fall off the wheel! So, I rang Kwik Fit again and once again they said "yeah - bring them down now". So I did....and 15 mins later.....I had the other two balanced. So, I arrived home - and all I had to do at that point was remove four spacers and fit my new wheels. The spacers had other ideas. They were clinging on for dear life....so I rang Kwik Fit again - this time at just before 4pm. Once again they said - "yeah, bring the car down and we'll see what we can do". 20 mins later all four spacers were off; they'd cleaned the spacers; cleaned the hubs; copper greased - and got be back on the road. I had to ask for their names as the service was done impeccably with the sort of care and attention that you'd employ on your own pride and joy with four wheels. I'm pretty sure the first chap I talked to was Jason (for the balancing). He was superb. Polite, helpful and went the extra mile. He'd left by the time I returned the second time, so didn't write down his name. The second set of balancing and spacer removal was done by Shaun and Danny. They too were an absolute credit to Kwik Fit - going beyond that extra mile and smiling all the way through it. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Like I said, I really can't talk highly enough about this service at Kwik Fit Sleaford. Its not just a different level, its different planet - which is very rare in this day and age. Thank you!!

I needed a tyre looking at after a journey up to Lincolnshire from London - my tyre pressure loss guage indicator light came up on my dash while driving up. I tried the Skegness then Grimsby branches but neither could fit me in for the next day. Finally I tried Sleaford branch and they booked me in at 1pm for the next day. When I arrived and entered the reception area, although they were busy Michael attended to me within about a minute - I was very pleased with his attentiveness and he was efficient and professional. I couldn’t believe it when the whole job was done in about 20 minutes. Michael is a real asset to the branch and I thoroughly recommend using them.
