We recently discovered we had an issue with our Volvo. From the point of phoning to discus the problem, through to diagnostics and fixing, Jane and the team were incredibly supportive and helpful in explaining the cause of the problem, offering options for mending, providing a pool car whilst mine was in being fixed, as well as up to date comms on progress. Absolutely brilliant service, with friendly staff and easy to locate garage! Would highly recommend and would use again should the need arise!

I have recently had 2 complicated jobs done by Jane and her team. The largest was replacing a pdk clutch on my Q5. This job is normally only done by main agent. The outcome was fantastic Michael and Hary carried the job out and it has not missed a beat. Second job was retrofit a cruise control to the same car, again outcome was great. I would wholeheartedly recommend O&N for any automotive job. They are highly skilled, friendly and do the work for a very reasonable price.

I called in the morning regarding a fuel leak from the rear of my car. Although they were busy they managed to get my car in and fixed the same day! Brilliant staff from the mechanics through to reception and prices that you can’t beat. Car back on the road and will definitely be going back here in the future.

I took my car into Olive & Nicholson with an awkward issue which resulted into my car failing it's MOT. Olive & Nicholson were brilliant in contacting me and informing me in every step of the way and helping me understand where the issue had originated. My car had to be kept over multiple days but they fixed the issue much quicker than I expected.
