Really grateful for diagnosing and sorting out the issue with my car. The team know what they are talking about and keep you informed throughout, providing photos/videos of any issue they find so you can see what they have diagnosed. They offer collection/drop off of the car and provide a courtesy car if required. Don’t let the rural area put you off, I cannot be more grateful for their support and services. Highly recommend!

Really fantastic experience from first contact / enquiry for my diesel 1.6 insignia timing chain replacement. Dan and his team have done an excellent job - Loren in the office is very prompt / helpful with replies and enquiries. I was kept well informed as the work progressed and advised with supporting pics / information of other issues that may require repair. I really appreciated that Dan took the time to personally save the worn parts being replaced and show them to me and explain why they had failed. The car now drives really well and is transformed after the repairs. Dan is proactive in advising worn ancillary parts that many garages wouldn’t even consider for replacement and at minimal cost whilst engine is in pieces that would be v expensive to do at a later time. It’s great to find a garage who actually put their customers first and really do go the extra mile in providing an excellent service. You can be sure they will provide you with a first class service. Cannot fault them at all. Loren and Dan were very helpful and very knowledgeable regarding my Jaguar. They assisted on arrival, and managed to advise what the issue could be. They have booked me in to hopefully sort the issue. They have also advised they can collect the car, which is a big help. Cannot be any more grateful for their assistance and service.
