I came across Great Coates Motors on my quest to find a very difficult part for my old Boxer van…and I’m so pleased that I did! What a really helpful chap John is..not only did he locate the part that I had been searching for for well over three weeks with no luck but he had it delivered to me in super quick time. I can now get my van back on the road! I live in Bristol so I’m not even local to them but this did not deter John from helping me out and I am so grateful to Great Coates Motors and John for going the extra mile! Great 5* service!

Just completed purchase of a Volvo XC40. Excellent service from start to finish. Thank you to Graham who was straightfoward, easy going and very helpful. Buying a car can be stressful but he answered any questions I had, provided all documentation, really set my mind at rest. Also big thank you to Tony who delivered the car.
