I was always scared of the dentists, that is until I started seeing Kenny. All staff do their best to put you at your ease from the moment you arrive. The practice is very clean and nothing is too much trouble for everyone. Would highly recommend

All my life I have dreaded the visit to the dentist but that’s all changed now. The friendly receptionists and comfortable surroundings put you at ease immediately, A huge thank you to Lucy for a fantastic painless (yes painless) clean up. So grateful to Dr Kelly for all the ‘at my pace’ treatments thus far, my sincere thanks for all your patience. My being a very nervous patient can’t be easy so thanks also to Nicola, a lovely dental nurse. I would without hesitation recommend The Private Dental Clinic to my friends & family.

I have dental phobia I have not been to a dentist in 7-8 years and this year I had a really bad tooth infection which meant I had to find a dentist. I am terrified of dentists and dental procedures due to the awful experiences I’ve had before. I called 5 different dentists around the area asking how they deal with people with dental anxiety and this clinic was the only one that reassured me that they will do everything to make me feel safe and comfortable and make it as pain free as they possibly can. Today I was on my 3rd visit to the clinic for a filling and I cannot explain how welcome and safe and comfortable I feel every time I’m here, all the staff are amazing always asking if I’m okay and if I need anything. The actual clinic itself does not look or feel like a dentist clinic it feels so homey and comfortable which is such a positive thing. I never knew you can get a filling done and not feel a single thing, Ciro and the dental nurses have made every appointment I’ve had comfortable and so stress free and Ciro walks me through the whole process of what will happen on the appointment which is very reassuring. I cannot recommend this clinic enough for anyone that struggles with dental phobia.

So terrified of the dentist caused by a recent visit to another dental surgery in Boston and the trauma it left me in, I was sobbing like a baby and feeling sick but knew that the visit was necessary. All the fears and anxiety were dispelled by the kindness shown by all the wonderful staff at the surgery. I soon calmed down when they took the time to reassure me. The appointment went very well and my confidence is back where it should be. Now looking forward to my treatment plan without fear. 5 stars just doesn't seem enough but thank you everyone for your kindness and patience 💖. This is me if I can ever help you lovely people out

I visited Holland House Dental as a new patient and was very pleased with the treatment ,the dentist Lela Kendall was really nice and very informative. I have follow up appointments and had xrays already and some antibiotics for a gum infection. Two more appointments have been made for me. Really afficient and would highly recommend . So nice to find a good dentist. I visited my dentist again today and arranged more dental work for the new year. It is a pleasure to go to this practise. Saw my dentist Ms Kendall again and have arrange dental work for the new year. If you are looking for a dentist in this area I would urge you to go to Holland House great people, reasonable cost and clean comfortable practise

My dentist Dirk, is lovely, very thorough and approachable, always friendly, and puts me at ease, his nurse is the same, they are a very good team. Reception staff are also very friendly and approachable. Lovely atmosphere at Holland house.

Aswell as working with the company, when i have had dental treatment done by one of our dentists, it has been of a very good standard, they helped refer me to have my wisdom teeth extracted quicker than any other dentist id been too (was waiting over 2 years) was seen in less than 6 months after being referred by one of our dentists. The practice may be private but don't think of it as high cost, your paying for the time and good quality service and many of our other patients would agree too.

My husband and son has gone here for a few months now and they are always happy to accommodate appointments, the staff is very friendly and provides excellent services. The treaments have been very thoroughly explained and they evaluate what you really need. Reception staff are helpful and polite and very quick to rely. Super convenient to book appointments over Facebook messenger and lastly our family has gone through so much financially this past year. We are so grateful they were so gracious with us with our payments. We couldn't have found a better dental care family who cares about us as well. Thank you. I have been with the Burton lodge dentists for just over a year after moving to the locality. I would recommend them to anyone. My dental care has been stress free and well explained. To make the experience even better perhaps they could inform the customers when they are running late rather than arriving on time and then waiting without explanation.

This was my first visit to Burton Dental Lodge, and I can only say my whole visit was a great experience from start to finish! I was seen by Dr Rami Youssif, a true gentleman and true professional, who after assessing my issue proceeded with an excellent solution to the problem (a cracked and damaged front tooth). I cannot thank him enough for the work he has carried out and the result he has achieved. I would have no worries whatsoever in recommending Dr Rami Youssif and his excellent team!

I have had 3 appointments now, one for the new patient examination and two for fillings and i've been really happy with all of them. Both Chris and Fran are very friendly and professional and talked me through what they were doing. The receptionist was very helpful and the dental nurses did a good job too so i'm happy i chose this dental practice.

All of the staff were exceptional in their roles. Lead receptionist Sam was friendly, welcoming and very informative when explaining the difficulties which the practice was experiencing in trying to recruit NHS dentists. Her advice gave reassurance that patients would be looked after and contacted as soon as possible for future appointments. The dental nurse was very chatty, and I can imagine would put nervous patients at ease. The dentist was very thorough, explained the procedure to be done, and acted in a kind and totally professional way. I have received first class treatment from a first class team. Thank you to each and everyone of you. 26/7/2023. Again first class service, from a first class team. We are lucky to have such dedicated staff to care and advise everyone. Very professional practice. The dentist and receptionist/ assistant put you at ease straight away. Everything is explained in detail, treatment is painless and all precautions are taken. You even receive texts to check how you are after treatment. Before I went to them I had had increasing pain in my tooth for four years, which escalated to a bad infection and they were the only ones who would help me. I am extremely grateful and definitely happy with the result.

Cannot thank Dr Sunita and her team enough. I was seen on an urgent basis which extreme tooth ache I was given an appointment the same day after going to another dentist in Boston who completely made the tooth/pain worse! I was given antibiotics and booked in for treatment a week later. The pain had got excruciatingly worse which resulted in me calling the practice the very next day they got me in asap and at my request extracted my tooth with A LOT of patience and care. Dr Sunita came in on her day off especially to treat me which is proof that these people genuinely care!
