I recently had Ben install a new fence at my property, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! Ben called promptly to give us a quote for hedge cutting and was knowledgeable and polite. Ben was realistic with his timing of being able to carry out the job. He turned up when he promised to with his brother George & worked very hard & efficiently. They kept us well informed of all matters related to the job and were always most polite. The job was first class and their work was always neat and tidy. The job start to finish was excellent and we've booked Ben to call again in Spring to trim the hedges again. We have no hesitation in recommending Ben for any hedge cutting work which you may have.

Paul goes to my in-laws to do bits and pieces in their garden, and nothing is too much trouble and he is more than happy to do whatever is needed to be done. Paul is friendly and reliable and is an absolute godsend. Unfortunately, due to ill health, maintaining the garden has proven difficult for my father-in-law, but since Paul has been coming, it has taken the strain off and made life a lot easier! We appreciate all that Paul does and would highly recommend his services.

Had lunch (jacket potato with chilli con carne) at Something Special. The food was presented really nicely, the jacket potato was cooked well, the side salad was fresh and the chilli was tasty. All reasonably priced. Service was good and didn't have to wait long for food to arrive. Would highly recommend a visit.

You have to go early to get a table as no bookings for less than 5 people. Was told they are extending so hopefully more tables means more chance of just turning up and not being turned away. I said all of that as I had not eaten there for months because of that reason. I took my cousin for her birthday lunch. The food is fabulous and very reasonable. The staff are friendly and attentive. I can't wait to go back.

Great independent garden centre. We found what we were looking for, loose sold bulbs. Decided to grab a meal in the coffee shop which was good value for money and very tasty and plentiful. We were lucky enough to get a table as it was very busy. Lovely friendly staff. We will definitely be visiting again and maybe inviting friends to join us. Well done Birchgrove

The staff at the garden centre were all very helpful. I needed to borrow a wheelchair, one of the staff members brought one out straight away. The prices, I found, to be very competitive. There was an abundance of choice too. My only regret was that my boot wasn't bigger! The cafe was very nice, the food was excellent and again, the staff all friendly and accommodating.
