Went for my first treatment and pamper session- what a wonderful establishment! The staff were flawless with their customer service and there were excellent precautions in place with consideration of covid 19. The treatment rooms are well laid out and there was a lovely heat mat on the massage bed to help you warm up and relax. Very good value for money, wonderful customer service and a clean environment. I will definitely be returning one day.

This was my first visit to the beauty retreat and I was very impressed. All safety precautions were taken to keep both clients and staff safe (full PPE worn, hand washing/sanitising for everyone, cleaning and wiping of surfaces customers touch, all customers possessions together in one box in treatment room etc). However even with all the extra safety precautions it felt like a completely normal treatment, the receptionist was friendly and chatty, even though I was the last client of a long day. The two therapists I spoke to were also welcoming, warm and friendly. A customer was leaving while I was waiting for my therapist (I was early) and she also was chatting away to her therapist as you would a good friend, it was just a nice atmosphere. The therapist who took me in for my Swedish back massage was very professional, it was a lovely way to unwind and chat, I would highly recommend the beauty retreat for a professional, friendly and safe service.

Have been going to The Beauty Retreat regularly for years for various treatments. Maria and all her team make the experience even more special with their welcoming approach and the treatments are always first class. Would recommend them to anyone, I work in the town and everyone raves about their positive experiences there.

I'd like to thank Danni for a wonderful facial and foot massage today. I arrived feeling tired and jaded and left glowing! A very professional and relaxing treatment and a friendly and warm welcome. Can't wait to go back. Highly recommend.
