I’ve been coming to this beautiful salon for 4 years, all the girls that work there are, warm, funny, welcoming, hard working and caring.They all offer such amazing services for all people’s needs. They’re expanding on their knowledge all the time. I always walk away from the salon feeling refreshed and happy with their work, I would most definitely recommend Boutique Hair & Beauty to anyone that needs their services! ❤️

Would recommend to anyone! Before I came to boutique I dreaded the salon, now I look forward to it. Friendly, comfortable and a wealth of knowledge on color, products and styles. My hair has never looked healthier, and is the perfect creamy blonde every time, plus the products smells devine!

I was dubious at first that the diamond microdermabrasion which Charmaine recommended would actually work, because there are no 'miracle' cures - Right? Wrong! Knowing Charmaine personally and knowing that she doesn't lie I thought I'd give it a go, after all, what have I got to loose? Charmaine IS a 'miracle' worker, she has made me look 10 years younger and if you don't believe me ask her to show you my 'before' and 'after' photos. Absolutely incredible hairstylist. Been in twice now for a full wash, cut and colour and have not been let down. Let Rebecca have free reign and she did a fantastic job both times. The shop is also beautiful, very welcoming and charming and is a very pleasant place to be.

I was in horncastle for a wedding, im from newcastle upon Tyne. I decided to have my hairdone. I was quite nervous after a bad experience a few years ago, rebecca was brilliant, she made me feel at ease as soon as i walked in. We had a chat about what i wanted. My first visit to an hairdressers for quite a few years and after reading the positive reviews I decided to book with Coco Hair and Beauty. I was not disappointed very professional and friendly listened to what I was hoping for and gave great advise. Popped in on the off chance to see if I could get a hair cut. Very pleased it was possible to get a cut and blow. I have naturally curly hair that I keep short, as it doesn't suit me long, and I am always astounded by how many "sylists" can't cut it in a decent style and I end up going home and hacking at it myself and moaning about the £40 I just spent. Thankfully Angela, who cut my hair, is a star! Really lovely lady to chat to and cut my hair beautifully! I know I am really fussy, but I cannot find any fault at all and the cost was also to my liking! Just goes to show that you don't need to go to a "big name" to get a great hair cut.

Both my daughter (8) and I have visited the salon for a haircut. My daughter absolutely loved the experience and felt very grown up. She walked out with a huge smile on her face and loved her cut and style. When I visited I requested the blacked out mirror. Sam made me feel completely at ease. I would like to thank Chloe and her staff, Courtney, Jemma and Freya who came to the Admrial Rodney hotel to do mine and my bridesmaids hair & makeup for my wedding in the 2/10/21. They were lovely girls and started our day off with laughter. They were very professional and listened to our requests and executed them perfectly. New to the area, I chose The Grapevine for a couple of beauty treatments on the strength of the Google reviews. And how right they were. The salon is a Tardis, opening up into a spacious hair and beauty salon. The initial phone conversation, welcome on the day and luxurious surroundings could not be faulted. However, the absolute star was my beautician Courtney: friendly but courteous, professional and skilful, just a real gem. I really did nearly fall asleep! I do hope to return, and recommend Courtney and The Grapevine very highly. Thank you to everyone concerned.
